Ask for the "Kansas Mafia" when you stay here! We LOVE 'em!! Erica and her staff are beyond great...even excellent doesn't do them justice. We stayed there for a week in June, 2021 and were treated like royalty. The front desk, housekeeping, and even maintenance were extraordinary. Everyone, and we mean EVERYONE was friendly, customer focused, professional, and seemed to enjoy their job. We didn't notice any negativity, and were always greeted with a smile when passing the front desk as we came and went. The pool sparkled. The rooms were clean and quiet. We are 25-year lifetime platinum members and know a well managed, good hotel when we see one. You will not be disappointed. And...no, we don't have any family or other ties to this Courtyard. Oh, yeah...be sure to say hi to the "Kansas Mafia" in the restaurant...they work usually in the mornings, and were absolutely delightful, friendly, sincere, helpful and kind. Tell 'em Jack sent ya!

Delivering 5-Star Service with Heart The staff - Erica - GM & Debbie - AGM along with Housekeeping Leader - Lynette and their teams did an outstanding job of taking care of my 86 year old Mother during her 3 week stay while her condo was being renovated as a result of Hurricane Sally. The hotel is very conveniently located next to wide variety of shopping but yet feels secluded. with a lovely pool and courtyard. Only a few miles to the Gulf of Mexico. The property is clean and well kept with a home feeling lobby with lots of seating, tv's and cafe/bar. Again, what made this Courtyard special is the Leadership & Team Members dedicated to serving their Guests. Thank You all so much.

For the price is a great hotel I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the grubby baseboards around the bathroom area and the musty smell. The room smelled like there had been water damage. The best part was comfortable pillows and a large TV with lots of movies to choose from. Front desk friendly.

Does not feel like a Courtyard Marriott This hotel feels more like a motel than a hotel. It definitely does not feel like a Marriott property. We had several issues with our room(s): too loud - upstairs neighbors sounded like they were running an Amazon distribution center out of their room and the ice machine thuds were constant. Also had faulty fridge in first room (did not work at all) and in the second room it didn’t cool enough and we ended up having to throw out food. Cleanliness was not up to par - our rooms seemed to be haphazardly cleaned and there was a dead bug (small roach) in an area that was NOT hidden and should have been picked up easily during normal cleaning. Furnishings are worn and carpets are heavily stained. The property really needs a full refit to be considered on par with other Marriott properties. Front desk staff was generally friendly and helpful, however we had to see them often as the room was not originally properly stocked. Pool area was well kept and nice and large. Kids enjoyed that. Property location was convenient and the beds were comfortable, however we definitely will try some other properties next time we are in the area.

Great place to stay 5 stars all the way! From check-in all the way to check out, our stay here was great!! Service- We arrived after 3pm and were informed the king room we booked was unavailable due to late checkouts and trashed rooms. I was fine with waiting, I worked for a hotel company before so I completely understand unforeseen issues like that, but the front desk clerk said she would could get us in a double queen room. I was fine with the room change since I only booked the king because that was what was available online when I booked. At check-in we were informed that due to COVID day to day housekeeping was unavailable but if we needed towels or anything to come to the front desk. I was ok with this because I never allow housekeeping in my room during my stays. I always just ask for new things when I need them. Overall service here was wonderful! Location- The hotel is located right off the road and is right next to a Publix and Target! I felt that it was in a very safe location... this is important to me. It is also about 3 miles from the beach and about 3 miles from the outlet mall! Amenities- With COVID still lingering around, we were fortunate that the pool and gym were open! They did ask that no more than 10 people in each area at a time in order to social distance. The gym could not hold 10 people so that was not an issue. At some points there was more than 10 people in the pool area but it was so spacious outside that families were still able to social distance. Room- The rooms were modern and up to date! The beds were quite comfy. We had a double queen room on the second floor. Our room was quite spacious and had ample storage space to put clothes and bags in order to keep them off the floor and out of the way! The rooms also have great sunblocking curtains which come in handy for midday naps lol. We will definitely be staying here again!!
