Very nice Overall it was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no way to close the blinds/curtains to block out morning light. The room was clean and well supplied. Breakfast was beyond expectation. Staff was friendly and professional. Would come back.

Disappointing changes to this once excellent hotel Very disappointed in the hotel appearance and cleanliness We have stayed here at least 6 times and the drastic changes are remarkable. Shoddy. This place used to be modern and sparkling clean! Staff is good Breakfast poor. Noisy at night and old bedding.

Rooms could use an update and good cleaning The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The rooms are another issue, mold in bathroom, lots of dust and freezer needed defrosting. I've stayed here in the past and maybe not again until they update the rooms.

Worst LaQuinta Ever Wow, I don't even know where to begin. We have stayed at many LaQuinta Inns because of the dog and we have never had this type of experience. When we arrived to check in the girl at the desk would not accept our AAA or AARP discount saying we should have requested that when we called to make the reservation, The next morning another receptionist apologized and told us to file a concern with Laquinta and we would be either refunded or given a free night. Our room was very subpar for a LaQuinta. The showerhead could not be adjusted and it ended up spraying outside the tub. We used all the towels to clean up the mess. The fixtures in the bathroom were dirty. My white socks were black after walking across the filthy carpet. The whole room smelled. For this we paid over $400 as there was evidently a markup in their normal price due to a nearby event going on. When we arrived home, we called Wyndham Rewards and filed a formal complaint. We were told there would be a resolution within a week to ten days and to call back. In the meantime, we received an EMAIL from the property manager apologizing for the issues. When I called Wyndham Rewards today to inquire about the resolution, I was told that the resolution was an apology. AN APOLOGY??? Seriously. That was it? After further complaining to Wyndham Rewards about our concerns, they finally credited our account 3000 extra points. We have taken this LaQuinta off our list and recommend others do also as a clear message to management. There are other LaQuinta's in the area around Harrisburg, as well as other motels that accept Wyndham points. Forget this one.

Great for a family trip We went for a two night stay with our family. We were really pleased with how family friendly the hotel was. Our only negatives were the stains in the hallways on the carpets and only three pillows per bed. The diner next door was a huge plus. Make sure to note where you are staying and save 10%.
