Do not go here!!!!! Terrible. Stay away from this place. This place is definitely used for drugs and prostitution. We checked in for a cheap price and went to our room. Upon opening door we noticed a cigarette in the sink with towels laying all around. Bed unmade. Clearly hadn't been cleaned since it's last use. Upon asking for a refund, the staff was acting all surprised. Do not take your family to this place!!!! Our gut instinct told us not to, but we were tired and thought just maybe it will work out. Nope give us our refund and get the hell out of this town.

What a disappointment in my home state. After living in Thailand for decades, my wife and I decided to attend my 50th high school reunion in Adrian, Mo. After a 24-hour flight we arrived at 3am at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. The plan was to spend the week at the hotel and explore the surrounding Cass and Bates county area. Great idea, lousy hotel. After sleeping in late we decided to go eat breakfast. At 2pm we returned to the hotel only to discover our belongings had been put in plastic bags and along with our suitcases; had been placed in storage. Why? Checkout is at 11 and during the confusion of checking in, had only paid for one night. My mistake. However, common sense says that they had our credit card information and could have easily charged a late fee of some sort. Instead, the rude India owner charged us $30 to retrieve our luggage and offered us a new room for only $125, instead of the original $80 we had paid. A classic scam. I expect this kind of behavior in South-east Asia, but not in my home state of Missouri. Needless, to say, we moved to a different hotel. The owner kept telling us over and over again that he owned nine hotels and this is how business is done. Congrats to him. He is also going to soon learn another business tactic. Don’t piss off a Missouri country boy…

SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOUR SELF!!! DON’T BOOK HERE!!! Where do I start the last day I was laying in my hotel room at 8:30 am. When I heard a front desk worker break in my room. Then once they realized me and my spouse were in the room. They slammed the door and ran very loudly away. When my man went to ask what they we’re doing they lied. An said it was probably maintenance or they thought we checkout when check out is at 11:00 am. Then when we asked to see the footage they denied us. While on the other hand each night we stayed someone was stomping very loudly above us. We complained about that as well and they did nothing about it. We asked for a refund and they denied our refund. I had to file a police report for the break in. Their so called continental breakfast was just Debbie cakes and dollar tree donuts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They will break into your room and deny it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOUR SELF! I stayed here on July 16th - 17th 2022

Unexplainable $50 Cash Deposit-DO NOT Recommend We travel A LOT. I mean 3 to 4 days a week for work. I have also worked in the hospitality industry for over 17 years, 15 of which were at a hotel (JD Power winner for 15 consecutive years). I have NEVER in my life been met with such a lack of customer service, extremely discourteous staff and an extremely aggressive manager. The reservation was made online and secured with a credit card. My confirmation email reported a $0.00 deposit, upon check in, we were required to leave a $50 cash deposit--what for? When asked, I was told we would not be able to check in until it was paid. We were tired from working all day, so we just complied. After that, we were told we had made a second reservation for several nights through Priceline or some other 3rd party reservation--this was completely false. There were no records of this through Priceline or Expedia (I called both companies to make sure). The front desk attendant said she would have the manager/owner take care of it at 10pm. We finish checking in and then go to the room. Not even 30 minutes later we are told to come down to the front desk. This where the manager/owner yells at us, berates us because he can't understand our English while his accent was so thick I had to ask him several times to repeat himself. He refused to understand that I had no idea where the reservation came from and that I "needed to stop lying" that I had made the reservation. He was extremely rude and confrontational. I definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel and if I could, I would rate them negative stars.

Cannot recommend Paid extra for a "suite." One big empty room with a couple of chairs and a desk, a sink in the corner that said do not use. Asked for a refund, but no. Microwave and refrigerator were advertised, but no sign of them. Hair dryer and coffee maker did not work. There was another operational sink and the shower did work. That is about all of the positive things I have to say about the property. Even though the room was supposed to be Non-smoking, it smelled like stale smoke as did the bedding and thread-bare towels. Paid less for many better rooms on our week trip.
