Try to rest. For anyone thinking about staying in this place.... Well, we had to stay this place because it was near to airport and as I dont know the city or circulation, and was really late when we arrived, so this was a seemly good place to stay. Unfortunately it wasn't... We arrived, and entered a lonely lobby, with no one to attend.... stayed for 5 minutes, then started to knock waiting for someone, but nothing. when 15 minutes passed, i called hotel number and noone answered. finally i heard someone saying im in the bathroom wait... so another 10 minutes passed and a bad manered lady came out mad because i was hurring her... but i couldnt know, and whe could left a card, a note or something, she gave us keys, and a pass for parking. Room, was deteriorated, smelly, humid and not precicely a place to stay, but hey, next day a long fly so i just wanted a place to stay. Didnt found no mice or other pests inside, but the service was really lackfull of touch and class, and the place seem to be really old and never reparied. if you have other options, might be better than this one.

Needs asap, renovation and deep cleaning. The front lobby is clean, so you never discover place is in poor shape until check in but public areas, gym, restaurant is closed and not posted on wyndham or Ramada. I selected place for gym and Restaurant. I'm leaving this to help others know. It's not fair. All above are facts. A hotel inspector should visit to enforce clean up.

Not Recommended I just returned to my home in NJ and it’s the worst place I have ever stayed. Checked in July 18th 24. I received keys for room431 my husband need to urinate as he got to the room flushed the toilet and the water came all the way up to top like it was about to over flow, call front desk the maintenance guy came 20 minutes later with a plunger left and came back with a device to try but it continued to fill up as he tried to fix it call the desk to be moved, but was told they were all booked, so I couldn’t be moved. I tried looking for another hotel but as it was last minute the prices were extremely high. The maintenance guy was really nice and he tried until the water went down then told me to flush I must stand and hold down the lever until all the water is gone down into the sewer I guess. The table was dirty, I literally had to clean the table and sanitize everything. I went down stairs and asked for a blanket and sheets and change the bed, the bed was looking suspect, like a customer left and the didn’t clean or change the bed linen. There is kids running up and down the hall at nights and people in the lobby that seems like they live there. There is a guy with his door open all day bare back hanging out like it’s his house. Then on my way to check out they charge my card an additional $114 I address the charge the girl said that’s because they did not get the Expedia digital card and she would reverse the charge , it’s been 48 hrs since my return home and one more day I will call to find out when my money’s would be returned. I will not recommend.

Not as expected Don't recommend this Hotel. No exhaust in bathrooms. AC unit was smelling bad as if it's turned on after long time and couldn't use it. No air circulation in the room. Couldn't open the window glass and the staff didn't respond to the request.

Awful. Don't stay here Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Booked my trip through Expedia and reserved a king room and had already paid. When I got to the Ramada and checked in, they had given me a double room. I pointed it out to the front desk attendant and he said they were full and that was the last room available. I said I would take the room as long as they refunded me the difference between price of king room vs. double room. He said that's out of his control since it was booked with Expedia but it "should" be refunded so I agreed. I asked for a receipt or a copy of the paper that I was signing that had all the information on it and he said he couldn't give me one because Expedia should send me one. I said the one that Expedia sent me is different since the room rate is different and he still wouldn't give me a copy, so I took a picture of it. When I got to the room, it was a mess. The bed looked like someone had just had a wrestling match in it, the night stands were moved around like someone had robbed the place, and the bathroom was not clean with towels on the floor. I went back down to the lobby and told the front desk it wasn't clean. He apologized and said he'd make a call. When he came back, he said there was nothing they could do. They could either give me a refund or give me a discount if I decided to stay. I said I'll take a full refund and leave because I wasn't going to stay in a room that wasn't clean in a place that already wasn't very clean. He said okay and I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. He said no and that his manager would approve the refund as soon as they were back. I ended up driving a few miles away to the Motel 6 which was SIGNIFICANTLY better and even saw a few of the same people at the Ramada there. At the same time while all of this was happening, I was chatting with Expedia to see if there was anything I could do to get a refund for the difference between king vs. double room. They said they needed to contact the manager on duty and get approval and would keep me updated. I then told them I was going to leave and they said I could have a full refund. They noted this and said they'd keep me updated. A couple of days ago, I received an email from Expedia stating that after multiple times of contacting the Ramada, they weren't able to receive approval from for a refund from the property manager and there was nothing I could do. Should have known better when the front desk person didn't even want to give me a copy of the receipt. Shame on you Clara G., manager on duty that night, and shame on you Joseph Ghim, owner of this property, for running a shady business. I've also emailed the property multiple times with no response. Bad service all around.
