Great stay! Overall we like this hotel. Friendly staff. Nice and Clean with specious space in the rooms. More then 100 chanel. Breakfast in the morning is plus point. Close to the food place. Good location in Hayward. We will stay here again. Need some bathroom work.

CLEAN ROOMS AND FRIENDLY STAFF. I stay here often for 2 reasons. The rooms and property are clean and the staff is really friendly. The owners really do a good job with maintaining everything even though some things are dated. Never once seen a roach during my stays here and the beds are the biggest I've ever seen and they're comfortable to boot. Above all the prices can't be beat. So if you're looking for a cheap clean place with comfortable bed this is the place to go.

Everything was Awesome. The manager is awesome, I had a wonderful experience staying. The hotel is clean and staff was great. Room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed, better than expected. Great location and easy to get in. Would definitely stay there again and also recommended.

Nice Place In Hayward We like this place. Overall is good to stay here , specially the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I have been staying with them long time. Nevertheless had issue woth the room. Room are very specious.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at This was the worst stay I have ever had. The room was filthy and in disrepair. There was black mold in the bathroom and sink area. So much so that you could smell it over the permeating smell of smoke. I asked for a non smoking room, it was even written in my room key sleeve. I have asthma and was physically uncomfortable because of the degree of smoke for most of the next day. The sheets even had burns in them from putting out cigarettes on them. There were stains and marks on everything - sheets, walls, doors, and couch! The floor was coming up and the noise from the street and freeway were very loud. Another guest had multiple phone calls outside my room at several points through out the night. The individual was clearly on drugs and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The outside of the hotel had bags of trash piling up outside the trash cans like nobody was maintaining the property. You had to check in and out through a window to the outside. The lobby remains locked and no breakfast or coffee was available. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the staff they said I should have told them about the noise and didn’t apologize for the condition of the room or offer a refund! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a health hazard and shouldn’t be allowed to remain open! Stay anywhere else!
