Terrible Omg this is the worst place to stay smells dirty also no air conditioning the room was so hot was like being in a sauna! Also $250 hold for damage deposit run don’t stay here!!!! And for how much they charge for a night isn’t with it very over priced for Run Down Place

Stayed for 1 night Awful Awful Awful… Never try this place. It’s surrounded by homeless and there is all gangs staying in the motel. Rooms are filled with smoke (even the “non-smoking” rooms). Awful service….extremely dirty!! Never ever try it.

Holy hell! The person at the front is rude and unhappy, the pool is a cesspool, the room smelled of mold (or something foul), the entire place is generally poorly kept, our fan made more noise that the TV, the cooler blew particles into the air and the bed was as hard as the floor. You can buy illegal drugs across the street or get rid of your extra money if you want by giving it to the aggressive panhandlers there. The place had an overall very creepy vibe about. Above all of that we were afraid to touch anything for fear of contamination from that deadly virus--we had to get the hell outa there and checked out shortly afterwards with no possibility of any refund--what a scam! I booked online after seeing all of the very nice fotos of the place and skipped over the written reviews to my dismay.. I can't understand why the place hasn't been boarded up!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! My husband, sister, and I thankfully only stayed at this hotel for one night and it was the worst experience. We got to the hotel pretty late into the night and there were sketchy looking people hanging out right by the reception desk. I immediately felt unsafe. There wasn't anyone who actually worked at the hotel working the desk but rather a security guard who checked us in. He was actually really nice and helpful but that's the only positive thing I can say about this place. The premises was completely littered in trash and so dirty. We selected a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in the smell of pot and cigarette smoke punched us in the face (stayed in room 120). It smelled so bad and the room was so rundown and dingy. The tub and bathroom looked dirty, which is so gross. Luckily I had my own blanket that I slept on top of because I wouldn't trust their linens. Even on my own blanket I wasn't able to sleep well because the smoke smell was so strong it was hard to breathe. When we were rushing to leave in the morning because we literally couldn't stand to be there any longer my husband saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend that anyone stay here but especially not if you have kids! Truly one of the worst experiences of my life.

Good job We stayed 1 night befor cruise. Nicely updated new carpet and bedding very clean and very quiet. We are driving south so excellent option just drive to long term parking much better than staying in San Francisco. Breakfast was fine and not a congested area. Close by was a large outlet mall and lots of eating options
