Management was good Location was a little rough due to the rental property behind the motel we also had problems with the room, breakfast was not very good, most of the exterior doors didn't work so you had to prop the door to keep from getting locked out

Under remodel The motel was being upgraded so was a bit disorganized...breakfast was not very good at all. Should have warned us about that when booking. This survey is not pleasant so I'm just adding words now to reach the 200 character minimum.

Under remodeling and nothing but problems To begin with we found this hotel under a different name on Booking.Com as they had just changed ownership. The first clue that maybe we should not stay there was when we entered the lobby and saw that the whole place was under construction. The fireplace was only partially finished, the big room behind that was completely torn apart, and the hallways were under construction but since we had a long day of driving we decided to stay there anyways. We got to our room and the first thing we noticed was the TV's did not work and there were no trash cans. I returned to the office to complain and they agreed to have us change rooms. One of the staff followed me to the room with trash cans and when we got there we discovered that my wife had the TV's fixed (batteries were not in the remotes and it took time for TV's to start working) so thinking that all the problems were solved we agreed to stay in the original room. After we got all unpacked we started looking around we noticed the floor lamps were not plugged in, the refrigerator was also not plugged in and because the large cabinet that it was in was not positioned properly against the wall the cord was too shot to reach the plug so I placed the refrigerator on a table to be able to use it Also noticed there were no clothes hangers or coffee pot. Turned the AC on and left to get something to eat, returned several hours later only to find the AC was not putting out any cold air so we ended up just opening a window. Then discovered that the way the two TV's were positioned one remote would control both TV's, turn one TV on they both come on same for changing channels unless you had the remote about one foot in front of one TV. Since the construction workers had to use the elevators both elevators were extremely dirty with trash everywhere. The ice makers in the hallways did not work ( but were told if we really needed ice they could get some from the kitchen) and to top it all off every time the toilet was flushed water would squirt out from under the tank on to the seat. I'm sure this will be a nice place to stay when all construction is complete but asking people to put up with all the inconveniences until then is absurd!

Poor now, maybe will improve A friend dropped me off. I was solo on my last night of fishing trip, so wasn't hard to please. But the whole place is too unfinished (under construction) to bring my wife. King bed was comfortable, bathroom was new and fine, A/C and wifi worked. Rest of the suite-sized room was large, but bare-bones, with ugly (old?) couch and a couple of random tables. No chairs for sitting. Airport transfer sketchy. I called to confirm it for 5:45 two weeks in advance, was told there was no transfer (though it's on website), but they would call for a car. Then I called two days before and they said I would have a van at 6:45. When I checked in they said that nothing was scheduled, but they would have a car if I was there by 5:30. When I showed up at 5:30, they said nothing was scheduled, but they would wake up a guy who would drive me. He showed up in a Wingate SUV, but didn't get out of the car to handle my luggage either departing or arriving. The call themselves an "Airport" hotel? One convenience, is the cafe a 2-minute walk from the motel.

Staff hung out to dry No TV, No pool and a disappointing breakfast. Staff are very nice but having to deal with lack of leadership from corporate. I realize that construction is taking place but no excuse for not making the public aware of the deficiencies. To make things right there should be a price reduction during construction, but there is not. Typical poor corporate leadership placing profit over clients needs and expectations. You lost our business.
