Drakes Creek Inn

Easily register, clean, and great customer service. First time visiting Tennessee. Reservation was easily made. Manager at the front desk was friendly and very helpful by giving good recommendations of places to visit. Room was clean & well kept. All in all great experience. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel! Place was clean and everything was perfect! it's an excellent hotel for a 1 to 4 day stay. Lots of channels on TV, shower was great, bed comfortable, heat and air conditioning work great. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Small Size, Good Value We stayed here for 3 nights. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of our room. Room 207 looks like it has been recently renovated. Paint, carpet, drapes all looked clean and fresh. Because this is a motel vs hotel the room is small. However it did have a desk area, fridge and microwave. The water pressure was very good. Motel staff was friendly. Coffee, tea and pre packaged muffins, sweet rolls and nutrigrain bars are offered in the morning. Kind of a grab and go breakfast without the fruit. There is a patio area with picnic tables for gathering. Before we left there was also a grill on the patio that wasn't there when we arrived. While the motel is close to the highway it was quiet at night and during our stay there were no loud guests. This location was central to everything we planned so we felt the value for the money was good and we will stay here again when in the area. That is the good. There are, however, things that can be improved on. There were only 4 pillows for 2 beds and the pillows were not very fluffy. The room is arranged so that the closet is across from the foot of one of the beds so that area can get congested when getting ready. There are no drawers to put clothes away in. I put some in the closet and some on the built in luggage holder. There are however two rods to hold hanging clothes. If you use the shampoo provided, open it before you get into the shower. The packets need scissors to open. The hand soap and body wash were not very good quality. All in all though I would recommend this location. Don't let the small size deter you from staying here.

Kudos to Relax Inn We went to Hendersonville for my sister in laws funeral. From the beginning of making the reservations with Monica (manager) to the completion of our stay, we were VERY satisfied!!! She was very kind, gracious, and helpful. It is a smaller place, BUT very clean and quiet. After we checked in she brought us extra towels as there were 3 of us in the room. My brother forgot his toothbrush and Monica helped with that. If you want a fancy breakfast, well they didn't have that. What they did have were clean rooms with refrigerators, microwave, iron board and iron, and best of all southern hospitality!! We have NO complaints about our visit here. Thank you Miss Monica!!!

Business Trip with Family We had 2 rooms for 3 nights at the hotel. It was by far the best price and reviews in the area, so I was not afraid to book it. While it was not fancy or full of extras, it was clean and definitely got the job done. The best part was the office staff. They were so helpful and made sure everyone had what they needed. After check out, two of our family members left items in the room and management called right away to confirm if we wanted them mailed to us. Then they called back to let us know that the package was on the way and that we should have an email with a tracking number available to us. Great extra service for sure! We will stay again, when we are in the area!
