Bring curtains or extra clothes to block the street lights Please add curtains to the windows. The hotel was passable. It was relatively clean and the remodel seems to be nice. However they seem to have opened rooms that are not completed. No toilet paper holders, hand towel rods, and the biggest issue: the single tiny blind doesn't cover the window so it is impossible to sleep without draping towels across the window. This hotel needs to add additional curtains to block the light.

Imagine the worst hotel room ever, then double it! I gave it 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Another reviewer suggested sleeping in your car before staying here and I'd agree. Easily the worst conditions in a hotel that I've ever stayed in, and that is saying something! The room was filthy, half eaten old food left in the mini fridge, had to put on shoes to use the bathroom because the floor was so sticky. Made the huge mistake of using my blue light app on the phone and scanning the room. Lit up like a CSI crime scene! We slept in our clothes to avoid touching the sheets as much as possible. About 2 am a full blown party started up in the parking lot outside our room with tunes cranked for hours. About the only positive I can take away was the front desk staff. The young man with a heavy Jamician accent was very friendly and had great customer service skills. Hope he was well paid as I'm sure every visitor to the place would be complaining about something!

Sleep in Your Car Before You Sleep Here. What makes a terrible hotel stay? No breakfast - not even coffee, juice, water? How about a disgustingly dirty bathroom? Not enough for you? How about drunks in the hallways and outside the building all night long every night? This place has all that and more....run-down dirty hallways and lobby area and strange smells.

Transparency needed Just returned home from my 2 day stay at this hotel/motel. My husband booked it online because we had a family funeral to attend. We are very familiar with the "Wyndham" chain and it's standards and amenities. However, this is NOT yet up to the wyndham standard property. It advertises "free breakfast" In actuality what looks like it is supposed to be the breakfast area was piled high with boxes. No biggie. My husband and I always look for local diners for breakfast anyway. Although, coffee would have been nice. There are several diners within minutes of this motel. Also on the minus side was the fact that the soft drink vending machine had no soft drinks and the ice machine(located on the 2nd floor) was also out of ice!! There was a gas station convenience store at the next intersection where we got our needed supplies. The in-room telephone was not connected and on one-side of the room the electrical outlets didn't work. On the plus side the room was pretty much as pictured on the website. This was a very clean looking and smelling building. Conveniently located off major routes and the bed was very comfortable. The water was hot for our morning shower and there was a mini-fridge and a microwave and a flat screen TV. My consternation stems from the fact that on the website they should include an advisory that this location is in transition so' buyer beware' all working parts may not be working yet!

Stay away! I can't believe Wyndham is putting their name on this place. It was disgustingly dirty and so not ready for guests. I only booked here because they said breakfast was included but when I arrived, the kitchen was being renovated and not ready for breakfast. The manager (or someone in charge) said they would at least have some fruit and juice, etc., in the morning but they didn't even have that. Also, I don't know whose idea it was to install laminate floors in the suites but that person should be fired. It makes the place look like a dorm room and had a very cold feel to it. Not to mention the floors were filthy! I walked around barefoot and then stepped into the shower and was disgusted by the amount of dirt on my feet. Speaking of disgust, the shower wasn't draining so I lifted up the grate covering the drain and almost puked at the amount of long hair that was clogging up the drain. It certainly wasn't mine (I barely have any hair) so obviously the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was also this weird stringing substance stuck to the inside of the door with hairs stuck to it. How do the cleaners miss this?? Also, the water coming out of the tap was green then cleared up. The phone was not working in the suite so I had to call long distance from my phone to reach reception to tell them that a bunch of yahoos were yelling and laughing in the parking lot outside my window at 2:41 am)! Last but not least, for the most part, they only had one person working the front desk when the hotel was SOLD OUT. This created a long wait n the lobby. Why would you not have more staff when you know the place is sold out?? Absolutely terrible experience.
