Not the best but.... Don't ever book this hotel through booking.com because they put a surcharge of $15 on to your room rate. Call 1-800 Red Roof for the best price. Got to our room only to find someone else was in there because the sheets were dirty Linens were all over the sink and the lights were on. Went to the desk the desk clerk was like I don't know how this happened! We had to cancel the room through booking.com which turned out to be a 45 minute Fiasco. We were very tired and exhausted so we didn't look for another place. The desk clerk graciously gave us another room at a better price. It was not the best room however the sheets were clean the bed was comfy and at that point in time that's all that mattered to me. We did have a Whirlpool Bathtub which I did not go in. The couch looks like it should have been outside for the trash therefore I did not put anything on the couch or on the floor I put it on the desk. Refrigerator had no shelves there was no phone in the room and the sink faucets were backwards. Hot water came out on the right cold water came out on the left which could have been a disaster for somebody. We requested a handicap room and there was none available but at least we got one on the first floor. I understand Red Roofs are trying to upgrade and remodel their hotels let's hope they hurry up.

Run. Fast. You deserve better than this. Should be condemned. I have never been in a hotel this disgusting in my life. The building looks like it needs to be condemned. The parking lot is overgrown and letter strewn, the exterior doors are not locked from the outside, the building reaks of something sour mixed with a strong smell of pot. We would have left before checking in had we not paid in advance. We decided to give it a try and found that the beds were made but not with clean bedding. There were orange crunchy splatters (think orange chicken sauce?) As well as may "short and curlies." There was a beer can on the floor, the room was in disrepair, very poorly lit and dingy, our dog began itching within 10 minutes of arriving in the room. And then I looked in the bathroom... at this point we decided to get our money back and find a different hotel. When I spoke to the man at the front desk he said he was unable to give me a refund and suggested I call back later and talk to management. He then refused to give me the manager's name. I guess I will take my chances tomorrow with whomever is at the front desk in the morning. The entire experience was terrible. Run. Fast.

Red Roof Inn, Hermitage is a filthy and disgusting hotel that should be condemned. You are greeted by a hotel with filthy windows and a parking lot that has not been maintained. The lobby had a heavy disgusting odor, emanating from who knows what. The pool was closed. We did not dare drink the coffee that was allegedly available-we did not check it out. The room was dark and filthy and not maintained. We asked for a blanket for each bed and were given what looked like an old bed spread. They were full of cigarette burns too many to count and who knows when they were last laundered. I slept above the covers. We did not walk on the carpet unless we had shoes on and were afraid to drink the water. The inside of the microwave was rusted and should have been replaced. No iron or working hairdryer. The replacement hair dryer that was given had a greasy, slimy, yellowed cord. I have never seen any appliance that dirty. The corner molding on the wall between the sink and the closet was broken and protruding. We bought Clorox wipes and Lysol to disinfect all surfaces. The bathroom ceiling had large paint peels. The bathtub was so grimy that the wet wipes would not clean it. We showered with shower shoes on. When disinfecting the toilet, I happened to notice a thick black build up under the rim of the toilet bowl. -Black Mold? They aren't enough adjectives to describe this horrific hotel room. I have attached pictures. But if you have ever viewed pictures of a house and then see it in person, you know how much a picture hides. This was the worst hotel room, that I have ever seen. Went to Greenville, Pa and stayed the second night of our trip at a local hotel that was delightfully clean.

Gross stay away When I got to the end of my hall where my room was located it smelled like smoke and cat urine, upon opening the door, the smells were overwhelming. I immediately went to phone the front desk and found there was no room phone. So I walked back up there and told them and they responded by offering me a can of glade air freshener spray. I went back to room and opened the window and put the ac on to air out the room. I went to heat a cup of water for tea and found the microwave and mini fridge missing. The bathtub had rust on the top and sides, the drain had duct tape around it, and the sewer line in the wall was exposed.

You get what you pay for. No blankets, filthy tub, no electric outlets or plug-ins by the bed or in the bathroom, cobwebs, badly stained sheets, and the room smelled like cat piss. Just one of each for the towels and wash cloths, and only two pillows per bed. The floors squeaked so badly, it sounded like a heard of elephants above us at 6:00 am when it was just adults walking around.
