Everything was well Very comfortable and I will be back soon for stay me and my family enjoy it real clean and comfortable everything was clean must needed stay I have no complaints about anything at all not bad at all we will most definitely be back as soon as well can

Made me feel insecure about myself because I need more towels I am not a small person and I need extra towels and they refuse to give us more than 2. It takes more than 2 of there small towels to dry me off. They made me fell bad for being a big person. They were very rude at the Front desk. They did however have a nice pool.

Bring your own TOWELS! Grumpy staff itemizes every shop towel in the building at every shift???? Grumpy staff puts air tags on shop towels and track their movement???? Grumpy staff buys small shop towels that only fit them???? Grumpy staff, why so grumpy???? When my daughter requested more, the attendant was reluctant to provide additional towels. The towels are the small and cheapest and scratchest towels anyone makes, Towels had stains on them we asked for new towels and when she brought them, I unfolded the towels and someone else's hairs were embedded in them. The room was poorly lit, they only supply 2 bath towels for 3 people staying in the room. Didn't receive extra towels that were requested. Rooms did not get cleaned nor did we have any clean/fresh towels. unfolded towels in the bathroom When I asked for towels I was told that the other guest had used them all up at the swimming pool. So my husband and I had to share towels. Today I gave my towels to room service expecting a exchange. An hour later I went to the desk for them. I was told it would be after 3 pm. AFTER my inquiries I learned they don't have enough towels to immediately swap them out. They refused to give us extra towels not sure what the basis for that was. The towels were paper thin. It was dirty, smelled bad, they only gave us 2 towels, 1 hand towel and zero rags. Had to go ask for more. They only put 2 towels in the room daily even though they know it was booked for more. They said it was company policy and could not put more in the room. We had to go every day and get more towels just so we could all get a shower. We were from out of town and was put out for asking for extra towels and wash cloths. RIDICULOUS. no towels upon check in , no towels again, will never stay again morning attendant bad attitude not even a thank you have a nice day. Wehad one towel and the shower curtain was discolored and full of mold!!! Hairs on the bath towels. raggedy, discolored old towels (hand towels only) provided. Two of my towels had pervic hairs in them, so they gave me two new ones towels dinghy however, I had to wait on towels and they came off rude at times.

Clean pool It was super quite with great service and the lady at front desk helped me a lot. since they're booked up the parking spots were tight, beds were comfortable, spotless clean bathrooms and basic breakfast. The pool was open so it was great trip for us. I read the reviews before I checked in and I was surprised, because they go beyond for great service. I would really like to stay in future at this hotel.

Horrible breakfast The hot food was pre-packaged sausage biscuits to be microwaved. The biscuit part was like a rock. The pastry was stale. Two cereal selections, both with lots of sugar. Limited yogurt and milk.
