Choosey Travelers Choose Hampton Inn & Suites! A perfect stay that was further enhanced by Mr. David Gant, the desk clerk who was present upon our arrival. Talk about personable, engaging, helpful and delightful, that's Mr. Gant. When combined with the convenience of the location, the terrific breakfast with excellent coffee, well appointed room, efficient and thorough housekeeping team, this establishment is a SURE BET! Great customer service. We called when we arrived at Dulles airport and they picked us up and brought us back to the hotel and waited for us to then drive us to a work dinner in Reston Town Center. They then picked us up after dinner to return to the hotel. Aydan was our driver and is very friendly and personable. Great experience.

You gotta meet Dave!!! Wow! Hope you get the pleasure of meeting Dave (you know who you are). He helps check people in and is one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. Talk about “pay it forward!” He literally changed our lives by reminding us to remember what’s most important in this life and by sharing his incredible story with my wife and me. We won’t stay anywhere else when we go back. God bless ya!!!

Great hotel stay Hotel staff we're very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and good variety of choice. The make your own waffle is a must. I would definitely stay/ book here again. The location was excellent for our needs to travel to and from where we were going. My kids enjoyed having the pool to themselves. :)

Satisfied customers after a week-long stay The good: - Excellent buffet in the morning M-F, well-stocked - Tables were clean - Coffee always hot and available - Comfortable beds - Room was clean - A/C worked and wasn't overly noisy - Parking was easy - Staff generally friendly and helpful, some language barriers at the front desk The bad: - No fan in the bathroom and it was humid overall in the room (and hotel-wide) - Slim pickings at the Saturday morning buffet (high demand, ran out of most items) - The floors weren't mopped often (ever?) (we stayed there 6 nights and there were spills and/or trash that remained for 3+ days. For example, someone dropped a drink in the elevator area on the 3rd floor and I witnessed several cleaning staff walk by and ignore it.) Minor annoyances: - Our keys stopped working on the 2nd morning when trying to return to our room after breakfast. It took two trips to the front desk for them to realize that somehow we had been "checked-out" even though we were staying the whole week. - We had 3 towels in our room and had 4 people staying in it. My husband asked the front desk for an additional towel and they gave him a bath mat (he didn't realize it until he came back up to the room). Later when we spoke with a maid, she supplied us with extra towels. - Cleaning solution used to clean lobby (also mentioned by another reviewer), not so great smelling - Would have been nice to have a coffee table in the suite in front of the couch/chairs. There were a few mornings where we brought breakfast back to our room because the seating downstairs was full. A coffee table would have been handy. Would we stay there again? Yes. Despite those issues, the good outweighed the bad.
