Yikes! Staff was very friendly and very responsive and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Ok, we got the good stuff out of the way. Filthy, nasty and VERY rundown. You really don't want to touch anything. The AC was freezing and no way to adjust. Many of the towels and linens were ancient, yellowed and smelled of old sweat. This was the only room we could get in Hinckley due to a sold out concert at the casino.

Terrible would never come close to staying here even if it’s my last chance in a zombie apocalypse it’s that bad dont Ugly most dirty motel rude manager she treated her staff terrible. The hotel is nasty mold/mildew in showers pictures must be old old because tables are old everything is ridicules I feel safer in my car on the side somewhere in the city’s so if your from Minnesota that says something

Decent and clean Well, this was not a fancy hotel. It was decent and clean. It was the lowest priced option in Hinckley. My daughter travels with her own pillow and she left it there by mistake and we stopped by two days later and the maid had set a side. We picked it up. That was so very nice of them. We didn’t think we were going to get it back. For an economical place to stay this place is great.

Gross Hotel! I usually try to be positive but this was honestly the worst hotel ever. I don’t mind an older property. But I expect clean and I expect safe. Neither of those things were true of this property… to the extreme. Never ever stay here. It is beyond gross and I would never stay here alone. I would not even use the bathroom without flip flops cause the floor was so sticky. And forget taking a bath or shower. Bugs on the shower curtains, dirt in the tub, blood stains on the pillow case, mascara stains on the towels (like the towels were obviously from the previous person… I am trying to ignore that the sheets probably were too). Broken key lock so anyone could walk in. Only plus was the front desk people were super nice. Only plus though . Gross, I just got home and am washing everything as I write this. The single reason I chose this place was because I was traveling with my two tiny pups and this property allows you to leave them in the room when you go. I would rather pay for a dog sitter. Ugh.

Old and Worn; Poor Housekeeping The motel is very old and worn. Our room didn’t smell bad. There was someone else’s plastic trash & a dead bug in the closet; black mold in the shower. . . The front of the furniture that the TV sat in was dusted while the back half was deep with dust. . . The hallway was not overly clean with dusty baseboards and carpet that could use vacuuming. . . Obviously the housekeeping staff need training and supervision. The staff were friendly. The motel is pet friendly—that why I upgraded it up to 2 stars.
