Would Recommend / Pleasant Stay Honestly, I was a little concerned upon arrival but was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was friendly and efficient. Hotel hallways and meeting areas were very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was spotless and the attendant was super attentive and offered help with anything we might need. She stayed present to assist in any way. Upon check out, my mother had mistakenly left behind my deceased father's wedding band in a drawer of our room. We were traveling and did not notice it was missing until late that evening. We called and the front desk worker went to the room and was able to locate the ring. She secured it and kept it until we could return two days later. This meant the world to us!!!! The hotel was priced well and each worker we encountered from the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping, to the breakfast attendant was dedicated to ensuring guests were well cared for.

Why is this hotel still in business. I honestly would like to know how this hotel is still open. First and foremost the front desk evening attendant was kind. Upon entering our room #116 the first step we took after opening the door was an awful smell. It was a mixture between sweat, smoke and funk. I had brought some Lysol spray with me so I just sprayed it in the air to kinda freshen the room and just kept quiet. Then the loud all night banging we kept hearing was so bad it woke me up 4 times from my sleep. The breakfast was not the best but not the worst. The lady who was handling it was the sweetest lady and she greeted each person with a smile. Yet every time we walked back to the room that smell was there. Then the shower in the room didn't work at all. We were only able to take baths. So the morning of our check out, keep in mind it's me, my 10 year old and my 8 year old who was the reason we were there for his birthday weekend. When we were checking out the front desk attendant told me the manager called her and told her to charge me a cleaning fee. I asked for what and as I was walking back to to the room the manager walks past me so I turn around and asked what was she talking about a cleaning fee. She started off by saying the room was a mess. Then she told 4 lies to my face as if I just hadn't walked out the room. She said there are pizza boxes everywhere. I said there is 1 pizza box in the room and it's sitting directly on top of the microwave. Where should I have put it? She didn't answer. Then she says there are bath and pool towels all over the floor and bathroom floor. My reply was, yes, they're towels where did you want me to put them? Again she didn't answer then she said and there's candy wrappers on the floor. I said mamm, my two sons ate Welcher's fruit snacks and the wrappers are on the floor. They are kids. There was no garbage bag because it was full a day ago so I took the garbage out myself the day before and no one came in our room at all to clean or tidy it up in the 2.5 days we were there. Not once did anyone check on our room or bring any trash bags or clean toweis. So when I started asking her why was she charging me a cleaning fee. The room itself was not dirty at all. There was no food, trash or anything wrong with that room besides the bed being unmade. Her response was I'm not gonna argue with you. I'm charging you a fee because it's gonna take her an extra hour to pick up the towels and clean the room. I let her know I was a manager for at an IHG HOTEL for 5 years and I've never seen, heard or treated anyone like that. Then she just walked off. I will be contacting corporate about it. After doing some research and reading reviews I see she has done this to several people who've stayed there. Many times. This hotel charges you extra money for any reason at all. I've never seen anything like this. The fact that I kept my mouth shut about being put in a smelly room with no shower and no housekeeping during any point of my stay to then charge me extra for bath towels being on the floor in the bathroom, a pizza box on the microwave, small fruit snack wrappers paper on the floor because 2 kids had no where to put the wrappers. Yes, this hotel and especially this manager, needs to be looked into and I will make sure people find out about this hotel.

Overpriced rundown hotel. The bathroom smelled of cigerette smoke when we arrived at 1:30 AM. As we had just driven 8.5 hours we dealt with it until morning. The staff has the shower curtain replaced as soon as we told them, as that seemed to be the source of the oder, but the bathroom still smelled. The blinds were broken, the remote to operate them gone from the room. Housekeeping just said they were broken. I had to stand on the air conditioner each morning and roll them up by hand just to let some light in the room. Breakfast was ok, but staff weren’t very happy. Had to ask them when things ran out, like coffee or food, then always told “it’s cooking” and had to wait. Perception is they don’t like their job. Desk staff were always pleasant.

Bad experience This hotel was not great on my first stay, but I gave thm another chance. I SHOULDN'T HAVE! I was more disappointed this time then last. Needless to say I will never be back. First visit here; spit on mirrors, shower gels empty and not locked in rack, stained sheets and towels, hair everywhere. This trip; hair still everywhere, check in clerk was poorly trained, found dog toy's under the bed, housekeeping entered my room even with the do not disturb sign on the door, then manager defended her saying she doesn't read or speak english so she didn't know better, manager then got an attitude at checkout. I can honestly say I would never work for a place like this! I really don't see how they got such high ratings. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else!!

My new iPad was stolen from the room We stayed at this location on August 5, 2022. When we checked out I accidently left my new iPad Air sitting on the desk beside the bed. As soon as we stopped at our next location I called and was told the hotel was not responsible for items left at the hotel. I was also told that the general manager was the one that cleaned the room. I have called the hotel many times asking to speak to the general manager and no one has ever called me back. The iPad was over $800 and contained my credit card numbers and all of my passwords. Everyone that I have spoken to has been very rude.
