PLEASE HELP and CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT This is the WORSE HOTEL I have ever stayed in my entire life. I CAN’T list one (1) good thing about this hotel. I was part of a Wedding Party on June 3 rd and everyone at this hotel on top of it being a dump the General Manager ASHLEY LAWRENCE could not put 2 an 2 together on guest count and NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL! I NEED to know who owns this hotel and allows this behavior to go on! And ASHLEY DON’T bother CUTTING & PASTING a response when you are NO HELP, and a BULLY! Where do I begin? I can’t believe ASHLEY’s BEHAVIOR ALONE. THERE IS NO WAY THAT ASHLEY IS IN CHARGE! If so, this hotel needs to be shut down! ASHLEY is combative, will not lesson and is RUDE, as I explained to her how every toilet and sink was clogged that my family stayed in. The toilets were overflowing when you flushed them. The tubs would not drain when you took a shower. There were shady people all over this hotel inside and outside in the parking lot. The hallways and the rooms smell like cigarettes and mold and was so DISCUSTING! The rooms were NOT cleaned, and there was mildew and mold everywhere! There were Extra Charges on Credit Cards ($250.00) for their plumbing issues & ASHLEY listed a RANDOM Room number on the CHARGES (WHICH IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT). THERE is NO one to talk to EXCEPT ASHLEY LAWRENCE WHO HAS BOXING GLOVES ON! HELP!!! Reaching out to the Heath Department, BBB, and Legal HELP!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! PLS SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!! You are better off staying at the Norman Bates Motel or a REST AREA. I booked 8 rooms for out-of-town guests to attend a wedding. WORST MISTAKE I MADE was not reading the REVIEWS of this dump. As I pulled into the parking lot and lobby, I thought I was going to get robbed little did I know I would be getting my rob by the hotel. The parking lot and lobby was filled with shady characters, I feared the safety of my family and self. I knew I was in trouble when the lobby smelled of cigarettes and a dog park. It took five minutes to locate the front desk clerk while I was checking-in I am observing guests asking for PLUNGERS, SHOWER CURTAINS, TOILET PAPER AND REMOTES for TVs. I knew I was DOOMED! Each of my rooms had issues, the rooms smelled of MOLD & MILDEW, toilets overflowing, sinks with green standing murky water, showers with standing water, cable TV that stop working after 10pm, no toilet paper, a toilet that was clopped. My guests and I were disgusted and couldn’t wait to check out. I thought I was done with this dump but no little that I know I went to check my account I was charged for a no-show when the person was in the room, I also got hit for incidental charge of $250 because of a bogus claim that I left the facet running when everyone is complaining about plumbing problems at check-in and the reviews. When I came back to contests the charges the front desk was no help, I then asked for the manager, but they were nowhere to be found. I later came back and finally met with the GM ASHLEY LAWRENCE, as a GM, ASHLEY has poor customer service skills as she was very combative and downright rude to me and my wife. ASHLEY was loud, didn’t care about our concerns. There was no reasoning with her as didn’t care about experiences or over charges.

A DUMP!!! AVOID!!! This hotel is a dump. As soon as you arrive you’re greeted with strange/sketchy people in the parking lot, the hallways have no air conditioning and smell like cigarettes, and there are stains all over the carpet. I reserved a room from 6/2-6/4 and immediately left within 10 minutes of seeing my room. Not only did it reek of cigarettes and looked worse than rooms you find at motels but the toilet also flooded. I switched rooms and the second room looked even worse and the toilet seat had disgusting stains on it so I ended up canceling my reservations and going across the street to the Hyatt. Everyone in our bridal party had an issue. From clogged sinks with disgusting green murky water, to clogged toilets, to no toilet paper, no shower curtain…the list is never ending. Please do not stay here if you care about your health and safety and also if you don’t want your account charged with made up fees. They charged my dad $250 for plumbing issues that none of us were liable for or had anything to do with. They also only have 1 cleaning lady for the entire building which also tells you a lot. Save your money and sanity and book anywhere else but here. You could not pay me to sleep there!!

Stay elsewhere! DO NOT STAY HERE!! My sister in-law booked this hotel and it ruined our vacation. When we checked in the guy at the front desk watched me struggle with all my bags and took his time checking us in, he even answered the phone and dealt with that while i continued to struggle. Once checked in he said “here you go” and handed me keys. No directions to the elevator or anything. We get to our room and it smells like mildew/mold. There’s mold on the window sill, rips in the curtains, damage to all the furniture, i pulled back the comforter on the bed and could clearly see the impression of a person in the sheets meaning they NEVER CHANGED THEM! There was no ventilation in the bathroom, room service/house keeping NEVER CAME! WE STAYED 5 DAYS WITH NO SERVICE! We paid extra for a sleeper sofa that almost caused my guest to throw his back out! There was a cop posted in the parking lot for most of our stay and that made all of us uncomfortable as it was a clear sign that this is the type of place dealers like to post up in. We could hear the couple next door fighting and their dog parking every night. Even worse, after the first day, i saw a bellhop cart in the hallway everyday! I was never offered that!!! When we checked out i asked for the cart and was told several different locations where i could go find it myself! I filled out a survey and received a cookie cutter apology that made me wanna scream. They don’t care at all about your experience,’ they got their money and now you can F off ‘ was the whole vibe. I’ve been in customer service for over a decade and i worked in a hotel for years. I’ve stayed in Super 8s that were a thousand times better! If you value comfort and your money DO NOT STAY HERE!
