pot smoke and not clean Stayed 6 weeks but left due to the horrible smells from the unit below (pot and some kind of awful scent on top of it). There is a vent system that blows in air from other units, doesn't seem very safe in this COVID time. They turned off the fan, but then smells just seeped in somehow. Had to frequently open sliding window/door and entrance door to change the air. Overall the unit was dirty, floors very dirty and sticky, walls and drawers with years of grime, debris in the sofa, and more I won't bore you with. Complex set of fees and taxes that add a lot to the base price, so be sure you understand all you're being charged for, and ask for a copy of the forms you digitally sign. This place is a cash cow for the investors but appears to operate on a non-existent budget for cleaning.

Complete joke Old Hawthorne suites, now siegel suites under new management. Place is a complete joke. Management is hard to get a hold of, property is run down, "high speed internet" is completely non existent. They have done nothing to make this place any better by taking over. FIX YOUR INTERNET. It's really not a difficult amenity to ask for.

Just nasty Room was dirty and the pool is closed all summer but I wasn't made aware of the pool closing. Room had particules all over floor. Babies were with us so I had to get on my hands and knees and clean floor because they kept finding things to eat off floor. I wouldn't recommend this hotle

Unclean room, no hot food at breakfast as promised and internet lacking I would not stay at this property again and depending upon Hawthorn Suites response, which I have not heard back on for 48 hours, may not stay at this chain again. Unclean room, no hot food at breakfast as promised and internet lacking. There were three young men walking around the parking lot, including one hiding behind a tree. Does not appear to be a safe place to stay.

Complete DUMP This place should be shut down. Staff was not available - and had to wait almost 40 mins to check in because no one was at the front desk. Health hazards everywhere. Pool house was burnt down and the burnt insulation was laying on the side walk of courtyard with windows broken out. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, FECES smeared on the wall, and we were missing half of the light bulbs. Pull out sofa bed was completely broken. Unsafe place for children and should be condemned!
