Not what I expected One of the reasons I booked here was because they have an outdoor pool- not open and apparently after reading previous reviews wasn’t open last year either. Breakfast was pitiful/ no eggs or sausage, juice machine out of order, skim milk only- nothing else to drink besides coffe. Room was clean enough but bathroom was kind of a mess. Only 1 bathtowel and booked for 2 adults. Location is good

Avoid this Quality Inn Holland This has been the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Dirty and rundown everywhere you look. The hallways & room stink. Stained sheets and carpets. Unfortunately, this place needs a teardown. This is the kind of place to get out as soon as possible. We didn't stay for breakfast as we left super early. My suggestion is to keep driving and avoid this stop. And... the pool was advertised but not open.

Completely ridiculous and lazy Felt very unwelcomed immediately upon arrival. I had found a great deal on a room using the Super Travel website. It was fairly late and I had a long stressful day. I walked into an empty room with an empty desk. I stood there for a few minutes waiting patiently. I finally had called the number and after telling her I was needing assistant she blurted out there were no rooms. I had told her I had a confirmation number and already paid. Then she told me " oh okay" and proceeded to get up from laying on the couch in the guest lobby that was locked from guests. Then I was taken back with a security deposit that unfortunately I wasn't aware of and the website did not mention or forewarn me. I did not have enough for the full amount and she was trying to take everything I had left. Then she said "just to let you know you cannot extend your stay." I felt so ashamed for some reason for the treatment I received. This is the second hotel I have had to stay at unfortunately in the last two days and both want to be lazy and immediately make it known there are no rooms available when clearly there are several online yet. Very rude and will not come back here again! Obviously I'm jot wanted anyways. How does this place stay open when they refuse guests?! Ridiculous!!

Do NOT Stay at this Hotel! Just Horribly Filthy and Unsafe!!! Do NOT stay in this hotel! It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Also very unsafe as they have people 'living' in the rooms as well! It was so filthy I slept in clothes and barely slept at all. I have pictures to prove the filthiness of this hotel. Could not complain since traveling alone and felt extremely unsafe. It was absolutely my worst experience in a hotel ever!!!

Not a good experience Arrived at 2am for a quick nights sleep after driving from St. Louise Missouri. Got a room on the second floor which the person working the desk had to struggle to open with a physical key. We didn’t get card keys because the card reader was broken and hadn’t been fixed. Website says $10 a night per pet. We asked how much for a pet and were told it was $35. We paid $40 cash for a small dog and didn’t get change since the front desk person was dealing with something on the phone. We got put in a non smoking room, but it smelled heavily of cigarettes. The front desk person asked us if it was okay and being tired we said yes at 3:00am. Upon settling down, the T.V. was broken, the bathroom door hinge was unscrewed so the door wouldn’t fully close at all. The bathtub had different paint strokes on the walls and the phone had been disconnected so there was no way to call the front desk. Notified the person working the front desk after walking down to the lobby and sharing an elevator with a drunk person. The person was so drunk he pretended to steal the food of the person working the front desk while he was gone to the restroom (I assume). I showed him a photo of the broken T.V. So he wouldn’t charge my account for any damage charges, he said he would add a note to our account, but still let the person working the morning shift know. I tried sleeping, but got woken up about 1 hr to itchy sensations. I turned on my phones flashlight and inspected the bed to find about 2 big brown bed bugs and upon further expecting the pillows another 4 smaller bed bugs with no color. Checked out at 8am after my other family member woke up. Upon driving away from the hotel I got pulled over by a cop who was doing a routine check for drugs since our license plates were from a different state. The officer stated that they had a long term, previous and recent problem with some people staying/ living there. I’ve had good experiences with Quality Inn’s before, but this one is the exception.
