Crappy hotel This place was so dirty and nasty we had no hot water and the service was so rude I would never go back to this place again. We asked them to fix the hot water and they told us it is hot and if we didn’t like it get out

DIRTY, RUN DOWN, OWNERS ARE CROOKS A bunch of crooks! would not honor the price we booked online. Strong armed me out of an extra twenty dollars. Literally had a cockroach run under my bed the next morning. Discussing hotel Inside and out would never stay there again. Not worth the savings online bc they prob. Won't honor it anyway

Wish I could give zero stars. Even negative numbers may apply for this garbage place. NEVER STAY HERE!!!! Disgusting!!! It stinks, filthy, horrible service. Comforter stinks! Asked for 2 new pillow cases because they stink like body odor. Was told they don't have any extras. Unsafe. My door was wide open when I arrived. Was forced to stay here because car problems. May end up spending the night in my car. Haven't decided for sure yet.

Family vacation Do not stay here!!!! Remote needed batteries and they argued about changing them, when TV explicitly states notify management for battery change; after checking in, we turned heat on then went to get something to eat. When we got back to room found heat not working; called front desk and they kept hanging up on me-couldn’t Herat me on phone!! Went back to office to inform them heat not working— said she would send someone. When he showed(the same man arguing on battery change) he couldn’t fix. Instead of switching us to different room (of which they had plenty) he brought a space heater!!! Not to mention, you cannot understand what they were sayings do they couldn’t understand us.

Not on the Weekend! We had to stop for the night at around midnight. We have stayed at America's Best Inn before and thought decent cheap room. The Drag Strip is VERY close! Since it was Saturday night I asked how late they run at the track. I was told around 1:00 a.m. Not a huge problem since we just got there and needed to wind down a little. Nope. 2:30 a.m. and they were finishing up. Now for the room. I sit down in the chair to check my route for later today and when I get up my wife notices that my shorts have an odd color on them. The chair is COVERED with mold and mildew! The floor is damp and stained. The door lock is barely holding on as viewed in other pictures. This is maybe a $40 room not a $76 room after taxes. Huge disappointment and we will never stay here again. I work on the road and my wife travels with me and this was probably the nastiest hotel we have stayed in. Certainly the worst for the price. Keep going down the road either way for 15-30 mins and try again.
