Beautiful Hotel But Location Leaves Much to Be Desired Hotel is beautiful, however the location isn't the best. Tons of homeless and/or drug induced people hanging outside the hotel. The doors lock after hours, however weeny friend and I were entering the building with our keycards a homeless person snuck in behind us and darted to the elevators. We did not feel safe. Other that that incident the rooms are nice, the common areas are well maintained. Drink and food are overpriced as to be expected. Staff was professional. Not sure of the environmental practices. The room was serviced every other day, not on daily basis.

Friendly Staff …. Weird Vibes This was my first stay at the W in Hollywood, usually I stay at the W in Westwood. I was in town for a competition show and this was very close to the location. It was two very different experiences. First the staff was very friendly, I liked everyone I had encountered from the front desk, room service, valet, etc. I was put on the 2nd floor in a suite and it just did not feel clean. To top it off it sounded like there was construction at 2-3am in the morning. My room was facing the street so great view of the homeless and other crazies. I had asked to to be moved to a different twice but was turned down. I also had to come downstairs to get my food from door dash as they were not allowing people to take your orders to your room. The front desk should of offered to take it up. The shower had weak pressure and the knobs on the bathtub were loose and one actually came off lol I don’t know if I would stay here again, maybe, but my friends were staying at Lowe’s right where the taping was and the rooms were a lot cleaner and nicer. As a loyal Marriott Titanium member I just thought this location would be awesome. I just don’t know, might need to give it another shot.

Excellent Stay My family and I had an amazing stay. The room was always taken care of by the staff, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, the pool and fitness center were amazing. Overall had an absolute amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome trip! My friends and I stayed for a little vacation and the stay was amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, and the rooftop pool was the cherry on top. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Always A Treat Our go to downtown hotel. I am lifetime Titanium and they know how to treat their loyal customers well. Pool area was amazing and worth the trip. MARTIN (pool area) made our stay super fabulous with his genuine attention to customer service. Room was outstanding. Only downside is the VERY EXPENSIVE parking. We will definitely book the hotel again if our travels take us anywhere near the area.
