family vacation We booked this hotel at Priceline under Quality Inn & Suites Airport. The hotel was recently renamed Hotolos. We stayed 1 night after arrival to Ft. Lauderdale and 1 night before departure 9 days latter. This hotel is in very bad shape and it needs total remodeling. Most of the rooms are smoking and dirty. We had to change rooms, but it get just little better. Guests constantly scream, smoke and fight outside. There was 8 Police cars and Ambulance in the parking lot yesterday morning. Do not stay there, it is worst than you can imagine.

Slums on Stirling Booked this just before Choice Hotels dumped this hotel and was renamed Hostolos. Now I know why it was dumped. We had booked it for 5 nights and only stayed 1. The place is a complete dump, a lot of riff raff and most of them are actually living there full time. Lots of yelling and screaming by the riff raff throughout the day and night. I am glad it was just my wife and I and not our daughter. We would not have let her walk anywhere without one of us walking with her. Do not be fooled by the room photos. They are of another hotel and the rooms are NOT that luxurious. Our AC was also not working well either, the outer door to the room looked flimsy and definitely does not make you feel secure. We booked our next for nights at the Hampton next door and so glad we did.

Stay Away!! For the price I paid which was $91 for a night, it was not with it at all. I was very disappointed that I did not book with Best Western like I normally do. First off, I paid for a non smoking room. I entered the room and it just reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately requested a room change. The next room thankfully did not smell like smoke. Soon entering the room, I noticed the bed sheets were stained and smelled dirty. I noticed a hand towel hanging on a hanger in the closet (don’t know why it would be there). It was wet and smelled like urine. I was just disgusted and threw it in the trash. I went to shower my son that night and when I went to dry him, I noticed the towel I grabbed had a black shoe print on it. DISGUSTING! I woke up the next morning to find bed bug bites on the side of my back. Obviously this hotel does not pride themselves in cleanliness. The only good thing was the internet!! Please, save yourself your money and book elsewhere.

Horrible experience My family and I have stayed in several Quality Inn’s before, but this experience was by far the worse. First thing We noticed Was that elevator smelled like urine, that’s was a little disturbing, but we decided to overlook that since the room seemed pretty clean overall which is what we care for. During the night my son had a nose bleed and the sheets of his bed and pillow were soiled, we saw housekeeping on our floor a couple rooms down and informed her about the mess, she seemed pretty annoyed and got even more annoyed when I asked her for cups for our coffee (since there was none in the room) her response was “ugh no cups” and she continued working, I left and I called the front desk to please make sure housekeeping came by to change out his sheets and leave us clean towels for our second night. We left the hotel around 11am and when we got back at 10pm we came back to the same soiled bed. Housekeeping came in and left new sheets on the table for us to change out ourselves & didn’t even have the decency to take the soiled sheets out the room. Also, we had no clean towels. We made sure the front desk was aware of these issues, but at this time of the night we had no other choice but to change the bed linens ourselves and put the soiled sheets on the floor by door. We were highly unsatisfied with our stay at this location.
