Review Overall we enjoyed our stay. However there were a few issues. The parking situation is not user friendly. When we asked about parking upon check in we were informed that they were full and we would have to park across the street and pay for parking and hopefully they would have space for us the next day and we needed to unload our bags quickly and move our vehicle, not overly welcoming. We did end up parking in the pay lot for our entire stay due to the ease of accessing our vehicle and unease of using valet. Which definitely adds up quick. Bellhop on arrive were great, took excellent care of our bags and brought them swiftly up to our rooms. However upon check out we were unable to use any bellhop service due to there only being 1 and he was busy accommodating a big group that was leaving. Overall a good stay. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, balcony views were excellent.

Great hotel The hotel was wonderful. Great location; right next to the Honolulu zoo so it wasn’t completely surrounded by other hotels. 2 min max walk from the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only gave it 4 stars because the room could have been better if it had a microwave and one day we had to pay for street parking because the valet was full. Other than that would definitely stay there again.

A 2 week stay… We stayed for 2 weeks while moving on island. Every single person was amazingly friendly and kind. Service was impeccable and the hotel is in a great location. While it may not be as flaahy as a chain hotel, you are not treated like an invisible number and the hotel feels like home. We would stay again and plan to!

Queen Kapiolani This is a nice place to stay. Decent service. If you stay on the 3rd floor it may be noisy. They need an earlier check in time. We arrived at 11:00 and couldn't get into our room until 3:00. It sure would have been nice to have a little better toilet paper, very thin. If you are going to a concert at the shell, it is walking distance.
