Absolute dive! Our stay here was awful! The vending and ice machines were broken, the pool was so overly chlorinated it was unbearable to be in the pool area to watch our kids and the carpet buckled in the hallway while we rolled our suitcases to our room. To top it off, my husband slipped getting out of the shower the first night, not from any fault of his own but because the bathroom floor had a film from poor cleaning procedures, there was no anti slip mat provided and there isn’t a handle for safety. I went to the front desk to get a first aid kit and report the accident and asked for a refund so we could find another place to stay our 2nd night. The employee at the front desk could not authorize a refund as we booked through a 3rd party and needed the managers approval and she doesn’t work on weekends but was told she’d be in at 9a on Monday. He filled out an accident report with details and my information and provided me with an email address to send pictures to. We ended up in urgent care the 2nd day to ensure his wounds didn’t require stitches and it was determined he sprained his ankle. Upon check out on Monday at 9:15, we asked to speak to Julia and was told she wasn’t in yet so we left our information and asked for a phone call. By 2p, we had not received a call so we called the hotel to be told she was in a meeting so we provided our info again and still no return call or email. To further sour the situation, I received an automated text asking how our stay was on a 1-5 scale and I rated it a 1. I was asked for details, which I provided and got an automatic response back that someone would be in contact with me, which they haven’t. Julia, Country Inn and Radison should be ashamed of this place and how they conduct themselves! It is unfathomable to not follow up or follow through with guest concerns/issues!

Good stay! Family oriented, clean, friendly. Overall a great stay! Breakfast was hot and fresh (no eggs _) but delicious. The staff were all great, especially the last at the front desk in the mornings. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and assure we were all comfortable.

Travels a lot! I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels, 10 months out of the year. I was glad to see this hotel is now on Choice! Nice, clean hotel. Rooms smell clean, not a musty odor like most hotels. Woman who checked me in was very professional, kind and courteous. I will stay at Country Inn before any other hotel when possible. I highly recommend it!
