a place to sleep This was your average Quality Inn. As I told my wife not as good as Amarillo but better then Del Rio which was awful. The rooms however were clean and the staff friendly. Don't accept a room in the second building I felt a little unsafe. Not that I thought someone was going to get me but it did leave the car a bit vulnerable. Lots of trash back there but renovation seems to be ongoing which may explain that. The hotel does have a small breakfast area but we opted to eat elsewhere, nothing wrong just wanted to try local restaurants

Poor customer service. Milk was spoiled at breakfast, told attendant and she added more milk to the spoiled milk. Came back to room and all linens were stripped even shower curtain in both of our rooms. Had to go get all linens from front desk and make up room ourselves. Door handle lock would not lock. Would not allow me to ise choice rewards due to card being in my husbands name and he was not present. Over all very poor service. Will not use again.

Clean, Average Hotel Nothing wrong just average hotel for the price Positive: Close to the freeway, hot water, great air condition, walkable to eatery places, outside pool, room was pretty quiet Negative: Fruit for breakfast only, no elevator, flies, limited on towels

Beds suck!! Picked this hotel due to we could not drive anymore reviews looked okay so thought we would try it. Was very wrong! In the room they put us in is so bad! The king bed is so hard thought I was on the floor! The pillows are so soft they flatten as soon as you lay on them. There is no where to hang your clothes. The bathroom needs redone, It yellow that’s how old it is.

why is this property not listing public reviews our family haas stayed at this property for track season twice now and both years we have had our problems with housekeeping not cleaning the rooms everyday and the towels having hairs on them and being dirty still and the desk girl not ever having shoes on and always sleeping on her job and the indian guy patel being so rude in the morning at breakfast and never having the right answers for the TV not working and all those reviews from JUN 2019 Aug 2019 Sept 2019 and Nov 2019 reviews on this property posted after all our visits and nothing was added the reviews on the page.. i want the owner of the company to be made aware of this disappointed and ready to sue you hotel for discrimination
