Friendly atmosphere The check in and check out was pleasant. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. It’s close to restaurants and lots of shopping.

Never stay here I found your staff lazy in the front office and not friendly. -I called in the morning asking for an early check in which they denied. Then my room would probably not be ready for the 3pm check in and was pretty aggressive telling me this. Kept saying the hotel was completely booked up the night before. -The microwave was broken for the continental breakfast. They told me but neglected to put a sign on it and they could have easily used one from one of the rooms or drive 5 minutes to Walmart and purchase another one. -I was in town due to the death of my mother. The room did not have an iron and ironing board. When I called the front desk I was instructed yes, they had one, that I would need to come down and get it. 63 years old and I had to carry up the ironing board and iron myself. -I spend 3 nights there and on Sunday I asked if I could get a late check out. She said they didn’t do late check outs. I practically begged her for just an hour and she refused saying the hotel is completely booked. At this point I knew she was lying, there were a total of 13 cars in the parking lot. I had to book another hotel across the street just to get ready for my mother’s Sunday burial. -To confirm they weren’t booked I asked the lady cleaning a room on the same floor as I was leaving she advised they had not been fully booked. With 3 floors at this hotel I’m sure they had probably 100 rooms. To not help a customer not only at check in or check out I was very disappointed in the staff at your hotel and will never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. -Lastly they well let me know they don’t clean the rooms daily and that if I needed more towels I would have to bring the dirty towels down to them and they would replace what I used. I had to bring my dirty towels to them each day and they gave me clean towels. Crazy to do business like this and treat customers this way.

Rooms NOT as shown in their website pics! VERY tiny rooms!! Worst case of bait-n-switch I've experience in 30+ years of business travel! the "Queen Standard Non-smoking Room" pictured on their website is at least 2-3 times larger than the actual room they gave me. Seriously. their website pics so a queen been, a nice wood desk, and wood armoire for the TV, a couch, etc. The room I got had NONE of that--it was maybe 10'x10' max! When I asked to see a manager and showed them the pics that they posted on their website vs the pics of the room I got, was told a manager would contact me and switch our rooms, but they never bothered to call or switch our rooms (2). Shame on you!!!

One of the worst I have stayed there 3 times and each time there has been issues with excessive noise, people smoking weed in the elevators etc. How ever the last time I stayed at 11:15 P.M. someone tried to get in my room from both doors . I Called the front desk and they did absolutely nothing. The toilet was not attached to the floor, shower was leaking from the fixture and I told the front and they just giggled. Will never stay there again and make sure my co-workers do the same.

Other Options Staff was generally friendly, but only did what was necessary. Room change due to smoke, waffle maker did not work properly, fitness and pool closed. No iron or coffee maker in rooms. Do not recommend.
