Great Valet Services Jarrett and my valet experience was exceptional. He gave great recommendations and went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me navigating around downtown Houston. The C. Baldwin Hotel is definitely on my list for my next stay in Houston.

No water! I recently stayed in a corner king room at this hotel, and while the location seemed promising, my experience left much to be desired. The room was not particularly comfortable, featuring only a small table and a single wooden chair, which felt inadequate for the space. I stayed over Thanksgiving, and the holiday festivities created some logistical challenges. With streets closed for the parade, parking was difficult, and I had no choice but to valet park—a detail that might catch other guests off guard. Additionally, the on-site restaurant was closed during my stay, leaving the limited bar menu as the only dining option. The most disappointing part of my experience was the lack of water on my floor—a basic amenity one expects at any hotel. This issue, combined with the other inconveniences, made my stay less enjoyable than anticipated. I hope management takes steps to address these concerns to improve future guests' experiences.

Vacation Ryne and the whole valet crew AND front of the house just made our whole 13 hours of travel so much more comfortable and enjoyable! They were all super friendly and enthusiastic whilst still being proper and very informative. Couldn’t ask for an experience to go any other way.

Great location and friendly staff I had a wonderful stay at C. Baldwin while in town for a conference. The hotel was less than a mile from the convention center, the shuttle service was wonderful - big thanks to Mike and Jarrett . The entire staff was warm and friendly too! The room was comfortable and clean.

Decent hotel stay, excellent customer service! Hotel room was sufficient to sleep but just ok in terms of functionality. I had a Peleton room with no bike so that was a bit useless. Functionality of the room with only a round table for a desk and hard wooden chair was not conducive to work much less sit or lounge. Overall found customer service to be excellent. Jazz at the hotel was pleasant and great to communicate with. At the valet stand Jarrett M and Michael were both exceptional. Used the shuttle several times and they boy were polite, friendly and a wealth of knowledge. They made several recommendations on local attractions and restaurants that did not disappoint. They made the stay a pleasure and it was great to see them in my comings and goings.
