Nice hotel, nice location and wonderful staff Wonderful!!! The hotel is good and in a very nice location, very good for its price, with easy access to all shopping malls, eateries and different locations. Extended Stay America on Westheimer in particular is highly recommended. The staff are excellent, solution oriented and experienced. Denise, Charlotte and Ciera made my stay in ESA pleasurable. I will definitely consider this property first each time I visit Houston.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The location was very accessible. Our room was clean and the staff has been more than accommodating. Everyone has been very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. I definitely recommend the Westheimer location for any upcoming trips.

Best hotel Best hotel i've ever stayed at. Been coming here for 2 years. Nice workers. Will do anything for you. Anrthing you need they will go out their way to help.I stay at hotels all year all and ever time im in hotel im staying there.

Very happy with my experience - Marcus at the front desk rocks! It was exactly what it needed to be - an inexpensive hotel for a short stay. Marcus at the front desk made me feel welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay! He was a consummate professional as well. Location is convenient for access to the interstate and the Galleria. Would definitely stay here again.
