Over all great stay Over it was a great stay. The power went out during my stay which caused the water not work for about 2-3 hours. I did address this with the gm I felt he could had did more. I feel the hotel should have a back up tank or system where water would work even during a power outage. Outside of that everything was great. It was close to the airport and the hotel was very clean. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. I loved the glass shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Houston so not far at all from the attractions. I will be coming back to the area and will be back to this location.

Nope. Nadda. Never again. Booked thru Park Sleep and Fly, for 1 night and 8 days of parking. 2 days after we left, I was charged an additional $90 for parking. I called and complained. They only refunded $80 saying I was parking for 9 days! Ugh that said… do not stay here unless you like being charged an extra fee for parking and enjoy loud music with kids running and screaming down the hall at all hours of the night. Never again!

Stay somewhere else!! Paid for the park sleep fly with a deposit and agreement for 9 days parking and one night stay. Have the agreement in writing. Got credit card bill -no credit for deposit and tacked on another $90 for ??? Will never stay there again, it is not up to standards either. I bet they rip off a lot of people.

No! Beware of the hidden parking fee. Yes it’s a dedicated parking lot, nearly empty, they don’t ask for plate number. They just tack on a 12 dollar parking fee. It’s not the 12 bucks, it’s the deceptive practice. Trust me, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next door. The Hampton Inn is lipstick on a pig.

BUGS, MOLD, STOLEN CARS - avoid!! This hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standards. It’s such a poor representation of your typical Hampton Inn - I can’t believe they don’t pull it from their system. -bathroom had mold all over ceiling - I think the level of humidity in the hotel is causing the problem. The room smelled really damp and sweaty. If you have any allergies you will want to skip this place. -found several bugs crawling around the room in the morning before departure. Didn’t bother to even bring it up with the hotel as the departure clerk couldn’t even figure out how to print me a receipt -alarm clock was unreadable. Not sure how this wasn’t noticed by someone in housekeeping -the hotel really needs some preventative maintenance - holes in wall, metal covered in rust, noisy AC. -on my morning of my check out, there was a guest dealing with his truck which was stolen out of their parking lot overnight. I was shocked that the clerk did not even seem surprised. If you read other reviews on here it looks like this is a common occurrence. I tried contacting the hotel when they sent an email asking for my thoughts. The GM’s response made it clear they had no intention on addressing any of my concerns. There are several other hotels nearby - do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
