Reservation The day of the reservation I wasn’t able to check in because one of the agents did not fully process my payment for both rooms. I booked months go in March and on July 16, 2021 the night before my sister wedding we were stopped from getting a room. I didn’t get any confirmation in my email indicating my payment didn’t go through. The manager even took hours before he decided “ let me give them a discount” even though it was the agents fault. My advice is to make sure before the you leave the front desk your payments have gone through and the agents did not miss a step like he did to us .

Great Hotel Just over all a great place and location. Very close to the Galleria Mall. And food was a walk away. The staff is great and the coffee shop hit the spot in the morning. Could have had longer hours for the coffee shop!!!

DISAPPOINTING HOTEL STAY Wish I had read the reviews before I stayed at the Hilton Post Oak. Rooms were ok, no movies to rent, disappointing! Shower and bathroom need to be remodeled but the worst thing was a trip to the pool and a complete fiasco, two women were twerking in front of everyone, then another group of girls were playing their music very loud which included vulgar words over and over and there were kids! Then when you walk through the hotel you could smell weed all over the hotel, in the lobby, in the outside of the rooms, it was disgusting! When did this hotel go ghetto!!! I paid alot of money to stay at this hotel and cannot believe the pool scene and the weed smell everywhere. I will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again!!

Didn’t feel like a Hilton Excellent location but you can hear everything with the paper thin walls and adjoining rooms. Wasn’t my best stay in a Hilton and I likely won’t return. Staff and valet were kind but simply the room wasn’t comfortable.

Try another hotel Room wasn't cleaned because they "forgot". Snippy staff. Had to beg for a resolution. There are many other hotels in the area, you may want to try another...and this is coming from a loyal Hilton Honors member.
