Ms G We reserved an Executive suite at the Hilton Galleria in Houston Texas for our daughter during the COVID 19 Pandemic and the rooms were disgusting! She had to go in three rooms to find poor house keeping and no signs of anyone disinfecting the rooms. They have signs all over the hotel stating they thoroughly clean, disinfect, and sanitize but sadly it’s not true. It’s a lie. It’s as if no one cleans the rooms. Room 1 had used soap from a prior guest, room 2 had a lot of hair in the shower, and room 3 was not cleaned at all. The manager on duty told us our complaints were normal and they get them often. COVID is real! I don’t recommend anyone stay at this hotel unless you plan on cleaning and disinfecting your room. Nevertheless, our daughter didn’t stay the night. She left about 2:30am finding another Hotel across town that was Awesome! Too late to travel at that hour but well worth it to be safe!!!

Good hotel We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of spring break. Check in was seamless as we reached there late in the evening. Lobby is fancy with Restaurtant and a coffee shop. Hotel has a big parking lot with free parking. Hotel building itself is old but they have updated it with modern look. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Water pressure in the bathroom (sink faucet) was very low. As soon as we checked into our room, I got a txt msg on my cell phone about the status and room condition. I responded to the same txt about water pressure. Maintenance guy was at the room in less than 3 mins and fixed it. Over all I don’t have any compliant. Location wise it’s ideal. It’s right on the freeway which makes it easy to get in and out. Tons or restaurants and shopping behind hotel.

WORST Houston hotel I've ever stayed at I've stayed in several Houston hotels around the Galleria as well as downtown. The Hilton Houston Galleria Area has to be the worst I've ever stayed at. Room was not ready upon arrival, then was messy when I was finally allowed upstairs -- hair everywhere, including on the bed and in the bathroom sink. I will not be staying here again and encourage others to look elsewhere.

Great location. Awesome staff Great location. Awesome staff. Out room was a little dated but very clean. Staff offered to move us but we had already settled in. I have stayed at the location in the past and I would return. The staff was great and again the location is awesome. Close to everything.

Great value in Houston Have to say I’m surprised by some of the reviews ... I am a VERY seasoned traveler, in fact my status with Hilton Honors scored me access to the executive lounge here (but I was on a standard floor - so I think I had a room like anyone else) For the price, this property was a great value. Staff was professional and helpful (I dealt with the front desk staff 3 times during my one night stay) Executive lounge staff was also very professional and pleasant! I agree the location isn’t really “galleria area” but it is close to the galleria area and a good location to get to everything in Houston. My room was clean and comfortable and nicely oversized. Parking was easy and free (as is NOT the case for all of the full service hotels in the galleria area) Overall I have to give a very high recommendation for this property as it is a great value for the price!
