Skip this place and go anywhere else Not even a Holiday Inn, it’s a Wyndham; when I got here i had no reservation, despite booking ahead of time, and I had to pay extra than I was planning to. There’s no amenities available, no restaurant or breakfast, and the shower is always cold.

What The Hell???? I just called to try and cancel my reservation for November—FOUR MONTHS in advance. The first person who answered the phone wouldn’t help because the cancellation wasn’t for tonight. She put someone else on the phone who told me to call Hotels.com. It took her at least ten minutes to find the number! Not courteous at all!!! Glad I’m actually NOT going to stay there.

Old, rundown hotel with a comfy bed The shuttle and bed were the best thing about this hotel. We were distressed passengers lucky for a place to stay without luggage. Thank you for the toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room needed lots of work to include a new bath tub and water pipes. The shower water had a tint of yellow which appeared safe after a quick google search just unappetizing to the eye. I will contact Southwest Airlines about this hotel not aligning with their customer experience.

No!! JUST A BIG NO!! Not this hotel! Not the way to start a much needed vacation. TERRIBLE!!!! Zero stars if I could give it. The 3 star review on here can not possibly be current...in fact it must be YEARS OLD. A joke. I love IHG Holiday in and have been a rewards member for many years. This property should not be listed as an IHG property. First Off... I don't know when it was remodeled, but I stayed there March 12th before catching a plane early the next morning.It is NOT newly remodeled. OLD OLD OLD... The latch to our room was broken. Patches and paint missinging in bathroom...and half roll of toilet paper.. Pro... It has a shuttle! Both drivers were prompt in picking us up FROM the airport and taking us to airport at 4 am the next morning. Con... Everything else about this deplorable hotel. The swiming pool is not working and was a big disappointment since we specifically chose the hotel for the pool and spa as we had an early afternoon arrival. We were told it "just" broke... Nope, not true as other staff told us it was not working for a long time... Our room had no door striker plate and really wouldn't lock. We were too tired to fight about it and at that point worried we wouldn't get a ride to the airport if we complained. Also, you could tell from the debris around the building and around pool. NO outside maintenance.. In fact there are pot holes and its plain dangerous to walk around outside. We tried to walk down and find a restautrant since theirs was a joke. (Paper signs saying breakfast not included with rooms is tacky. That should be made clear at check-in.) Next the lobby is discusting. Dingy, and nothing special at all. Colors are worn and outdated. We had looked forward to a nice bar and place to have dinner. The BAR pictured is NOT what we sat at. Dirty displays. No calming inviting decor. Cleaning bottles on the shelf.. No real bartender. Who helped us did his best but he seemed to really either work in the kitchen or maintence. My quesidilla was good.Really the only thing I thought would be safe. We had beer. I was going to have wine but noticed the wine was opened. I asked how long and he said probably from last week!! Cabs do NOT last that long sitting on a shelf in a dusty, dingy bar. So, no thank you. Paper cups and hot pots and plastic paper junk for coffee in lobby. No real class. Just a very run down property and not worth the $116 at all. They would have had our return business but not now. So glad I had not booked my return trip hotel yet. We are booking another hotel close by for $83 and it has a shuttle too!

Website is full of lies! Place needs a good exterior cleaning and paint. Never again. On the reservation paperwork it’s says there would be a full kitchen, heated pool, hot tub. Stayed a whole week, one room for business and booked another for the kids, so we needed the kitchen. Front desk said “we don’t have kitchens in this hotel”. Wow. Then front desk says no the pool is not heated and neither is the hot tub, what!?! Also breakfast was also stated to be free and it’s not free AT ALL! We were still charged. Unbelievable. They need to change their website and stop fooling people. Waste of money! The place needs a good power washing outside, the signs are dingy and place just looks dirty.
