Staff not very helpful. They only have 2 luggage carts. We have stayed here multiple times, and more than half the time, there is no cart available when we are checking in or out. My wife and I both have serious medical conditions that require us to carry A LOT of baggage. Neither of us get around very well anymore, so the luggage cart is a huge issue for us. None of the staff have been very helpful. Otherwise, it is exactly what we need. The rates are reasonable and the full kitchen is a real cost saver.

Stay Away missing a dryer and smelled very dingy. I tried to call housekeeping to request a hair dryer and a couple towels as our room only had 2 towels for the whole weekend. There was no number to call housekeeping so we went to the front desk to inquire about getting these things. We spoke to Mahogany who seemed annoyed with our requests and said she’d let housekeeping know and they’d bring these things to our room shortly. An hour later we heard nothing so I returned to the front desk and again spoke to Mahogany who seemed exasperated that I was following up on my requests for these items. She opened the drawer on the side of her desk, handed me 2 hand towels and stated they don’t have anymore towels and all they working because we couldn’t even get a hair dryer, towels or follow-up from Mahogany. The next morning a different, helpful employee was working the front desk and was able to assist us and gave us the king bedroom suite that we had paid for. That room was very nice and we had no issues other than the elevators were out of order and we had to use the stairs. The hotel property/area seems dangerous, is unkept, has abandoned hotel cushioned chairs thrown in the back parking lot area, and the carpet in hallways has large brown, dark soiled sections. The stairwell is hot, dingy and the carpet looks as it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Pictures are included in this review. We will not stay here again.

Awful and Dangey I previously recommended this property to patients, but it is now awful and dangerous. Parking lot filthy. Public areas including hallways smell with stain-filled carpeting throughout. Most concerning for a hotel that caters to medical patients is that they do now tell customer before they check in that elevator does not work. From prior reviews the elevator has not worked and management does not tell customers. This is wrong and dangerous for patients who are forced to climb to as high as four floors. Rooms were satisfactorily clean and furnished. Coffee maker and bathroom sink need repair Shame on you. And do more than provide the same generic response to review.

Terrible hotel wouldn’t suggest it Stayed here over night to visit family in the hospital. Within a couple of minutes of getting in room 407 I saw a roach in the bathroom. Then went in the kitchen and there were two more. Before I knew it we had seen six and then two in the morning before we left. They did ask us to come down for bug spray but that wasn’t enough. The lady at check outs only words were would you like your receipt. If you can afford this search for something better. Wouldn’t recommend this one to any clients.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!! Stay away!!!! This place is a dump! Started with the strong smell of urine in hallway. The room was outdated, which for the price is understandable. What isn't ok was the roaches( We saw at least 9) the blood on the walls, the mold and stains on the mattress, the sink that wouldn't drain and the shower that wouldn't work. When told front desk didn't seem surprised or even cared!! The only pleasant worker was the shuttle driver, who they sent to attempt to fix the shower. STAY AWAY!!!
