felt unsafe and did not get what I expected from the place Booked one room for a whole week. and looked forward to a nice stay with swimming pool activities and sunbathing. The swimming pool was closed the entire stay with a chain and padlock for no reason. The weather was nice and the pool had clean and clear water. So no possibility of swimming or sunbathing. there is no breakfast as stated on the website, the hotel or motel was very worn and in poor condition. high criminal activity and every night the police were called out here. not recommended to stay here.

will take your money, no cares given My boyfriend was stranded so being out of state i tried to help him by getting him a hotel for the night. they refused to charge my card for a deposit ever tho i would get it back and insisted it be cash. i had to get him an uber just to get there and had no way to get him to a location to get any cash. his immune system is not well and he has tried not to touch cash anyway. considering we are in a pandemic and Houston is one of the hottest areas for it you would think they would have at least tried to be considerate and either charged the deposit OR AT THE VERY LEAST refunded the room cost or at least part of it but they and their headquarters ABSOLUTELY refused... Another business that's just in it for every penny they can verses being there for their customers. it all happen within an HOURS time of booking the room. had it been a day or so i could understand more but this is ridiculous you can't refund a person their money for service you refused to provide. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Great Location but BAD area of town. Please do not bring your kids here. The hotel is located just off the feeder road of Highway 59 South and Plainfield St. This part of town is known as the "Bissonnet Corridor". The hotel used to be called The Plainfield Inn. All I am going to say is google it. I do not recommend for families with small children or children of any age. I was really concerned when it showed up on the list as an approved FEMA hotel during Hurricane Harvey. Read the other 2 reviews and then just do your research of the area and the old hotel name and then make your own decision.

Loud neighbors. I will not go there again. It is more like an apartment complex run down old. The neighbors are loud and stay up to all hours of the night. It needs better power outlets and the swimming pool needs to be cleaned better.

I actually stayed here for two weeks !!! Real customer !! Ok first know that this motel is in a very busy prostitution area, you will see them day and night working. The first room I stayed in I requested to move because the room smelled like mold and old cigarettes and the "pimp"next door kept beating his hoe's all night. I relocated to the front of the building and it was a million times better. They don't serve food so I'm not confident that the previous reviewer is legit when he mentioned "food was excellent" they do however serve honey bun's already packaged and sunny delight in the morning. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have the funds , but if not request a room in the front and stay to yourself and you should be fine . I seen a roach one time but it wasn't anything to go crazy about.
