Consistent Good value ... Consistent with the Residence Inn tradition. My room was more toward the frontage of the property - the road noise was apparent. Residence Inn offers a breakfast which has enough variety to satisfy most.

Mushrooms growing in room Do not even consider staying at this rat trap. We arrived at 4.00 PM to check in and we did not get our room until 6:00 PM. The sheets on the bed had not been changed and the room smelled musty. We looked around and found mushrooms or toadstools growing out of the rug near the sliding glass doors. We took a picture of it and went downstairs to show the manager in the lobby, after a brief apology, our money was refunded. I don't know how the health department has not closed them down yet.

There arent many positive points about this hotel All of this happened the first day (we were staying for seven) 1. The first room smelled like cigarette smoke, so they moved us. Then at 9 pm another family unlocked our door because the desk staff didn’t know we were in the room. ??? 2. Couldn’t get housekeeping to come to room after waiting over three hours. Had to go get towels from the front desk. Then I was told after 4 1/2 hours that the housekeeping staff had left and our room was still not done. 3. I had to go to the front desk to get ice because the refrigerator ice maker didn’t work. 4. The hot tub was the same temp as the swimming pool (Luke warm)

Overnight stay | Dirty Rooms | No Breakfast Review on the Marriott property I am a Marriott Gold member and stayed in many Marriott properties but this property has been the worst. * The property feels and looks old. The carpets needs replacement and there is an odor, which is very unwelcoming. * Cleaning is not monitored for sure, since I saw visible negligence in the vacuum cleaning department especially in the alley and common areas. * The worst – With two small kids the last thing you want is no breakfast. I booked the rooms with a promise of hot breakfast but when we got to the breakfast bar at 8 AM, there were no eggs, no juice and nothing hot. All we had was bread, cream cheese and coffee. They even did not have plates, coffee cups and silverware. The reason – They had an issue in the kitchen and the stove was not working. You would expect somebody to be at the breakfast bar to explain the situation but there was no one there and I had to ask the person at the reception about the issue. With a Courtyard Marriott next door, I think they could have managed to use the kitchen next door to take care of the guests. I also overheard some other guests complaining that they did not get breakfast the previous day as well and now that I read some other reviews, I realize that this is a norm in this hotel. Hey Marriott management - whats wrong with you guys? Just avoid this property! Its not even worth a nights stay.
