Too Confusing and No Food Options at Night The hotel is above average nice with clean rooms but several annoying drawbacks. They have a confusing elevator security system where you can only get on with a room key and it only goes to the floor you punch in. You figure it out but I saw several pizza/food delivery guys scratching their heads. The Street Level Bar is lame and plain with no style. No windows, feel like a prison and at 11 pm. on a Friday there were no food options within walking distance. Don’t recommend

Awesome service, would come again! This is our second time staying at the Westin Oaks. We love this hotel. Nice and clean rooms and friendly staff. Ive been to quite few hotels, but Westin oaks definitely stood out with their service, front desk Andres helped me navigate around the area. Valet service was very helpful especially Truman and Duberely, since my husband usually forgets things in the car, they brought my husbands wallet all the way to our room, I felt bad not having cash to tip him. Definitly would recommend for their service! 10/10

Great Location! My husband and I stayed last week at the Westin Oaks for 3 nights, I can say the location is by far the best. Shopping steps away from The Galleria, walking distance to all the attractions we could enjoy taking pictures in. The hotel staff were very professional and accommodating. Our room was very clean and well kept. Beds could've been a bit more on the comfortable side though. We were worried about the parking situation as we know the mall is always full and parking in the garage is a nightmare at times, we decided to try out the valet offered by the hotel. The gentlemen in the front, Ricardo and Luis, were on top of everything and very helpful, they helped us valet our car and even helped with our luggage. Overall our stay was very nice and will soon be recommending this hotel to our friends traveling to Houston.

Hidden fees for packages!!! Be careful with this hotel, they charge 30usd fee for each package they received for you and their website doesnt have this fee, i asked the hotel manager to shoe me this and we coulnd do it ( the hotel manager was not competent to show me this info) I paid 200 uss of packages fees and will never stay on a fraudulent westin-marriot hotel again, they steal from you

Great location and friendly staff Evidently this is not a luxury property and may be a bit outdated, nevertheless, their front desk staff is extremely friendly and the property has a great location if you are planning to do some shopping.
