Motel 6 Huron, OH - Sandusky

Stay away stay somewhere else Hotel awful, room I definitely been smoked in even though it was a non smoking room rooms disgusting when I entered. Parked very close to the door because it looked like somebody was going to break in my car that night luckily they did not. Could not get the Wi-Fi to work on my phone. Definitely do not recommend this location. No towels in the pool area. Trust me pay a little bit more money stay anywhere else in the area.

Disappointed What a terrible stay. One of the reasons we booked it was because of the hot tub but I was not working. The work thing was that by our room smelled like dog urine. It was disgusting. Sprayed perfume around the room the try and mask the smell. Would definitely not stay there again.

Close to Cedar Point, clean, comfy beds We stayed in a deluxe queen room to get the fridge. The room is decently sized. We were able to fit in our twin air mattress. Beds are comfortable, and the room is mostly clean. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The towels are small, but for the price we paid, we were fine with that. Our room had 2 small table sets, with 4 total chairs. The little kitchen area was nice for prepping easy food. The train is noisy! Bring earplugs or grab some at Walmart. We stayed here for a visit to Cedar Point and found this motel to be a great location, only about 15 minutes away.

OK stay An OK Motel 6. The room was good--clean, had a comfortable bed. TV in an odd place, way up in the corne, but that's not a big deal. Unfortunately, there's a train track just down the road. So a huge amount of noise, and they're pretty quick, but it's noticeable.

Dirty, uncomfortable Upon check-in, room was visibly not clean. Mirrors and counters were dirty, toilet bowl had not been scrubbed in quite a while. Bathroom sink counter space was dirty, also the washcloth on top had a black hair( looked to be a pubic hair). The shower had alot of hairs dried to the surface, with water spotting on the walls, obviously, it had not been cleaned. Refrigerator was dirty, also a few hairs inside. I wiped the entire room down with disinfectant wipes, and afterwards everything would have been fine, except for the bed. This bed was just a horribly worn out spring mattress laying on a box foundation, no box spring. This, hands down, was the worst bed I have ever slept on. It's a shame, because the building is quite nice, they have a large pool, and vending area. Staff is very friendly. I can't honestly rate this place any higher simply because the maintenance is so poor. If this place had been clean, and had a decent bed, it would have been 5 stars. Disappointed
