It's a two star hotel. The room was ok, abit run down, part of the countertop was coming up. It's a 2 star hotel that workers from out of town are put up at when they are in town. The room was clean.. My issue was when we checked in and told the clerk we had a service dog, we were still charged a "Pet fee" which is against the ADA, America with Disabilities Act and Idaho state law. We have requested a refund of the improper pet fee.

Bedbugs Proven cases of BEDBUGS!!!! Do Not Stay HERE. The management doesn't care and Idaho State does not regulate the removal. The hotel is not clean, and all their rooms need fumigation. It's gross and the hotel seems unconcerned. Don't risk it!!!

Bedbugs !!! We got over 80 bites from bedbugs. Go elsewhere. Sleep in your car if you must. The staff did not care. The Idaho Health Department does not regulate or inspect hotels for bedbugs or report it. We arrived late and exhausted and went straight to sleep. The next morning we discovered the bites and checked the bedding to find live bugs in the bed. The whole experience has been Awful!

Knee deep water in the tub Near the Falls, within walking distance to downtown. First visit to Idaho Falls and we found it a very pleasant place to visit. The Fairbridge must be resting on it's pre-Covid laurels. Everything is worn, slightly dirty, and doesn't live up to the experience that Idaho Falls presents. The room hadn't been properly cleaned. There was no soap, my wife asked a housekeeper in the hallway for some, but they had none on the cart, but took some unused from the room they were cleaning. No other amenities other than coffee were provided. The TV remote was dead, new batteries revived it, however the TV still did not respond, had to manually operate the TV with the rear button, but it was hit or miss. Only one of us was able to take a shower as the water backed up to my wifes knees and did not drain quickly enough for myself to take a shower. The hot tub looked uninviting with a layer of foam resting on top, no telling when it had been cleaned.

What a dump We only needed an overnight stay - thank goodness. The hotel needs more than an update. The cleaning staff needs to learn how to clean a room! The 1st room we had smelled musty along with the odor of old cigarette smoke. The “air conditioner “ was putting out warm air. It was 80+ degrees out. The bedspread was torn & the towels had black smudge marks on them. We asked for another room & the gal at the desk was apologetic & gave us another room. The AC worked great, no tears in the bedspread. It smelled the same but not as strong. Housekeeping gave us a room spray so that helped. The carpet hadn’t been swept, the bath towels had black smudges all over them & the refrig had old food in it. The bathtub needed better cleaning around the edges. The gals at the desk were very nice & went over the top to accommodate but you can’t put lipstick on this hotel & expect it to look better. They need a new housekeeping staff and a thorough cleaning! They allow dogs. Fine. Couldn’t the dog families be in rooms away from the rest of us? I don’t like being awakened at 0654 by dogs!
