Happy The room smelt great. The house keeping did their job well prior to checkin. We were not expecting this from a budget hotel. The staff tried their best to keep us comfortable. Would recommend this place.

Hotel from Hell -broken windows and electricity was not avaliable The Lodge Falls Hotel should be condemned by the state of Idaho BBB, Governor's Office, and the United Nations. The hotel is not fit for war refugees or immigrants. Broken windows in hallway and no electricity in my room for lights, hallway carpet was filthy, bed linen not cleaned, absolutely no safety to outside doors - basically open to public.

DO NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!! I arrived around noon and asked if a room was ready she said no and to come back around two and it should be ready. I came back around 2pm and it wasn’t ready so I waited. She got me checked in and I went up to room only to find disinfectant still sitting on nightstand. Carpets were NASTY and the bedding had holes in it. I turned around and took my stuff back to my car and told them to keep their money.

Out of a Horror Movie Was assigned a room which was already occupied, second room was slightly dirty with a used cup on the floor, toilet was clogged/would not flush, room did not have a security bar on door, and air conditioner was old and barely cooled room. This is all not mentioning the building looked like a dormitory, prison or military housing. The neighborhood also seemed sketchy and slightly unsafe. I wasn't expecting luxury but this place definitely terrible!

DO NOT STAY HERE Upon arriving at the location police and homeless people were everywhere. When we got to our room it was filthy, there were old french fries on the nightstand, the bathroom tub faucet just leaked water consistently, the toilet had urine in it, and to top it off just as my toddler went to sit on the bed a roach ran across it. I left immediately and asked for a refund. The hotel did refund me for 1 of 2 of my rooms, but booking.com refused to refund the other. Avoid both at ALL COSTS, just book directly at the motel 6.
