#1 Hotel, no kidding OMG this was probably the least expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip across Idaho and Utah and it was absolutely the best. It was the cleanest hotel from the lobby to the rooms. The ac worked quietly, the mattresses and bed linens were wonderful. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast host to the housekeeping personnel were so personable. If Taybree Roker (sic?) isn't the manager, she should be. She is top notch going out of her way to make every guest feel welcome and is such a great representative of this Sleep Inn. Been a long time since I have been so impressed.

Lovely place. Incredible value Perfect stay. Not one issues. Lovely clean up to date place. All the employees were efficient and friendly. Busy check-in but went smoothly. Room was clean, up to date, and everything work just fine. Coffee maker, frig, microwave, hot water in shower, plenty of pressure. Room was quite. Bed comfortable. Room large. Breakfast was tasty with a deceit range of offerings including: juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy and 4 types of yogurt. The only thing I would suggest adding is some pastries. Young women that worked the breakfast was right on top of everything!! She kept the offerings full and the area spotless. There was also plenty seating. I would stay again next time passing thru town. What a value for your money.

Nice room, bad paper This hotel is clean and the bed was great. The cookies upon arrival were a special touch. One important thing to note: IF YOU STAY HERE, BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER!!! If Satan himself ever manufactured his own product it would be the 1-ply “embossed” toilet paper that Sleep Inn has decided to put in all of their rooms!! It’s bad enough to give you a rash. My rear end is still on fire and I’ve had a day or two to recuperate. Seriously. You’re very welcome.

Great stay! Wonderful hotel! It is as clean as could be, bed was super comfortable, and it appears to be in a safe area. Breakfast was excellent, well stocked nice selection. We were in an accessible room which was enormous! We only stayed one night while passing through but I could easily stay longer.

Heater/AC not working, no maintenance person available I booked it for one night for my gateway to the Yellowstone. My flight got delayed, so I reached late & tired on the property. After we checked in and all settled down with baggage, I realized that the heater/AC unit was not working. The phone was also not working, so had to personally go and complain at the front desk. The receptionist came, tried to fix it unsuccessfully. There was no maintenance staff at that hour. She offered us room change or a partial compensation if we stay in the same room. It was almost impossible at that time to move everyone and all luggage, so we decided to stay. Next day morning, she gave a card with my member ID on it and told me to login using that ID on their site to receive the reward points as compensation to the inconvenience caused. After my trip I tried to use that member id, first of all there were issues creating the online account, after a long wait on the support line, I was able to create it to see that there are no points at all. Customer support cannot help me, they want me to contact the property. This all hassle could have been saved if they would just simply check the functionality of major appliances in the room before allocating it. I dont want to call property and jump between property and customer service as pig pong ball. I gave the customer service all details for my stay, they could have handled it internally with the property. I would not recommend to stay at any of the choice hotel properties after this experience!! Stay away!!
