Bug infestation I genuinely wanted to give this resort the benefit of the doubt and initially attempted to address the issues internally. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone for assistance. After spending the weekend at the property, I found that many of the negative reviews were, in fact, accurate. One particularly troubling experience occurred when we returned to our room late at night after a long day, only to find roaches in the bathtub. We immediately went to the front desk to report the issue, but the woman working there seemed neither surprised nor apologetic. We were simply told we would need to switch rooms, which meant packing up all of our belongings late at night and relocating. The overall cleanliness of the resort did not meet expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Additionally, the staff appeared indifferent to the problems guests were facing, which was disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this resort. I suggest looking elsewhere for more responsive places during your future vacations.

Motel You get what you pay for. “Resort Hotel” is misleading and feels more like a “Motel”. The door would not lock unless you applied your body weight to the door. Beds were uncomfortable and the musky smell of the room could not be remedied with any amount of room spray.

It doesn’t get much worse The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Walked in and the guy at the counter was eating. Wouldn’t even look at me. I gave him my name. “That’s $100 for an early check in.” “Uhh, what? I’ll just wait. Can I get a quiet room when I do check in?” “It’s Coachella , there are no quiet rooms.” I walk out. He then heads out to the parking lot for a smoke. Awesome. Call to cancel and a guy names David, probably the same guy, was even more rude. What a dump.

Avoid! I rarely write reviews, but will take the time. I believe it a social responsibility to make each other aware. Stayed during Coachella, was part of a big group and honestly I would not pick this hotel if it were me. Rooms are dark, old, outdated, dirty, no shower gel, had to use hand soap. Was extremely expensive for what you get, totally not worth it when you can stay at all the beautiful hotels around. Woke with a commotion around 5 am, front desk personnel did not show up. Called again, I heard “you called 5 mins ago, why are you calling again? “ He hang up. During check out, 3 different numbers in my card in my bill and what I had to pay. When asked for clarification, the answer “you must have been very excited when you checked in, don’t you read fine print?” I am 50+, travelled all around the world. There is a first in everything it seams. My suggestion would be to avoid at any cost! SABENA-Such a bad experience never again…
