Birthday At Indy The staff was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Our daughter, who arrived early on a Friday, morning was able to check in to her room and relax before the rest of the family arrived. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff did a fine job of making sure we had an enjoyable stay. Will definitely stat again.

Swanky, Sexy and Smells Amazing This downtown hotel provided just what we wanted: a weekend away that felt glamorous and metropolitan. Entering the lobby, you will notice in addition to the industrial modern decor, a fragrance that you won’t soon forget. We were informed it is a diffuser by Malin + Goetz, called LM002 - named like the tail of an aircraft - and reminiscent of expensive nights out and European holidays. The staff here are kind and helpful. Our room was gorgeously appointed. We would stay here again and again.

Corner King disappointment I am rating this at a neutral 5. I paid for a King Corner Room. According to the picture on Expedia - this picture being the reason I chose to pay the extra for the "corner" room - showed 2 walls with windows and a high level excellent view. Upon arrival we were given a 3rd floor "corner king". 2 Windows on one wall. When I called down to the desk thinking there was a misunderstanding on our room placement I was told "You do have a corner room, the picture you're talking about is false advertising from Expedia. That picture is of 1 room we have on the 9th floor.". So I could have paid for a regular king room, and ended up 1 door over from our room 307 - and had the EXACT same view and layout... for less. It was very disappointing they didn't offer to do anything -upgrade, price adjustment, etc- when they made it very clear they knew we got shorted on this situation from our expectation. Water bottle left on night stand from previous occupants & a lot of dust/dirt build up in common areas under furniture and cords.

OK But Could Be Better We only stayed one night so this may be an incomplete assessment. First trip since the covid lockdown so wasn't quite sure what to expect from any hotel. First, the service level was excellent both at check-in and with valet service. Unfortunately, the restaurant/bar were closed to the public due to a private event, leaving all guests to either order room service or hit the street for an alternate venue. The room was comfortable but unusually sparse in that they didn't have drinking glasses in the bathroom. The only recourse was to use the espresso cups for any drinking purposes. Only other complaint is that as it is a boutique rehab property, the hallway noise seemed on the high side. Otherwise clean and well-located.

Superior hotel in downtown Indy Such a great boutique hotel! Warmly greeted by front desk. Amazing spa scent in lobby and hall. Marriott ungraded to executive king, great sized bedroom and bathroom. Very modern feel.(I have stayed in a double king room, which was nice , but slightly tight for 3). Very Covid safe, all employees were masked and hand sanitizer stations were plenty. We “ordered” Extra towels and water , they was promptly brought by helpful staff member Desmond. You do not need a car( parking garage directly across the street for $22), so many restaurants and a mall walking distance. St Elmo’s, Harry and Izzys, Nada, steak and Shake are all on same block. Mall is connected by indoor walkway also. Bed is so comfortable, and illy expresso/coffee maker in room. Housekeeping gladly gave us extra coffee pods. Great service and breakfast at Spoke and Steele on 1st floor($13). We spoke with staff member Eric before our arrival and he was kind and efficient. A great experience , and can’t wait to walk right next door for a gorgeous steak and shrimp cocktail at St. Elmo’s.
