Nice Hotel, limited amenities due to Covid We stayed here over a weekend while visiting family. We were happy with the room, staff and price. Location was conveniently close to I-465. They had a sack breakfast available but we had other plans so I can't comment on that. Basically, a solid clean hotel with a nice room and at a reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area.

Keep driving... I have never stayed at a Courtyard Marriott that was so filthy in my entire life. We are Marriott rewards members, but since we booked through a third party, I think we got the shaft (hotels don't like that). We were visiting for a family reunion, and upon check-in found out the Starbucks coffee was unavailable because the breakfast area was closed down for COVID. Now, I understand Corona problems, but nowhere on their website did they mention this, however there was a Starbucks 1 mile up the street open??? After visiting with family, we came back to the hotel about 10:30pm. Exhausted I pulled back the sheets to find a stain that looked like blood or jelly. Either way, I did not want to sleep there. (see pics). Therefore, in my nightgown and leggings, I shlepped down to the front desk and asked for another room. We were given a room on the first floor (note: there is smoking in this hotel, so it travels up). After moving all of our belongings, about 11:15 pm, we checked the beds. A ok. However, the bathtub was filthy (see pics). Also, do not plan on house-service...again, was not mentioned on the website. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever again. Keep driving up the highway about a mile for a nicer Marriott.

No mask on Employee at front desk and in lobby (with sign indoor for all guests.... Masks required) The hotel is decent except high noise level from the airConditioning unit through some of the night and a weird beeping sound from time to time that sounded like a busy signal on a phone. The people behind the desk were very nice and helpful but was “Shocked” that a woman behind desk friday night did not wear a mask. All hotels require guests to wear them. Why wasn’t the employee? No name badge so I did not get her name. Thought it was a fluke but Saturday night she did the same thing! And no behind the plexiglass. The man working the front had on his mask and gloves so he was making guests feel better. She was all around the lobby talking to guests in masks. But she had none on, in her hand or anything. Very unsettling during Covid and a mask requirement policy in the hotel.

Sad breakfast means no 5 stars Stayed while visiting the area. Staff was nice. Elevators are hard to locate and husband ended up in the wrong wing and could not find our room as it appears the wings are not attached. Liked the card tap entry on the doors instead of the slide locks. Was told pool was not open when I called the night before, but guess it was. Paid for 2 queen beds room and even though computer claims beds are queens they were doubles (and too firm) so daughter kicked me all night long. Pillows are lumpy as usual in hotels. Only cups in the room were 2 paper coffee cups. Surprised that bath amenities are sharable hooked to shower wall. Went to down for breakfast, which I was informed was some kind of grab and go box, only to find they ran out, so was given 2 tiny cups of yogurt. The coffee carafe in the lobby had 6 people huddled around it. So since it seems to be sharable I just do not understand why real breakfast cannot be served. Make people use hand sanitizer before entering the breakfast area so they can prep food as normal then take it back to their rooms if we are not to sit closely together. This was my first and last hotel stay during the pandemic .
