Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms at this hotel are disgusting. The first thing we had to do was wipe down every surface with Lysol wipes and spread glade air fresheners around the room to make it feel as close to sanitary as we could pretend. Literally every amenity but the fridge and the iron was broken in some significant way; the air conditioner in one room didn't work, the one in the room leaked water; the shower pressure was pitiful; the cavity in the sink handle where a missing part was supposed to be was caked with what I hope was only beard shavings; there were holes and dents all over our walls and in the walls of the hallways; and the cherry on top: our TV's screen was cracked and broken to a comical amount. The staff was trying their best and were well intentioned, but were clearly and profoundly unsupported as they attempted things such as ordering additional clean linens which were "two days away." After one night, two of our friends left and got rooms at a different hotel and if I could have afforded to, I would have joined them.

UNSAFE! Stay away at all costs! I booked this hotel through RCI over a year ago so my wife and I could attend a conference. This was a mistake! Not only is the hotel broken, run down and dirty, it is UNSAFE! If you enjoy the smell of MJ then you will be very happy upon entry, although it is documented that MJ use is not allowed clearly that is not followed. Also, there is a claim of breakfast included; however, the first morning we woke up, the coffee was empty and the creamer was thick and had gone off, enough said about the lie of breakfast. The hallway that our room was on had piles of trash (for multiple days) there is a metal cap in the middle of the hallway, possibly for drain line access, it leaks! Our room was an Handicap Accessible room, in name only. The shower head, which should be a handheld, was a wall mount, and it had mold all around it. Cabinets had broken hinges, outlets were missing wall plates, and the GFCI would trip with anything plugged into it (not even turned on). Perhaps the most disgusting part of the room was the bed. It looked clean, but was NOT. The sheets were so moth eaten and dingy we actually had to buy buy a bed set and mattress pad so we could sleep. Most of the cloth in the room had holes in it from mold, moths or who knows...? HOWEVER the lack of safety for me and my wife was staggering. The side door to the hotel was BROKEN OPEN! We watched multiple people performing questionable transactions go in and out of the hotel without any security. Ladies underwear was left in the parking, and an SUV parked next to us had its window smashed in. This and the endless parade of people coming in and out at all hours of the night make this hotel UNSAFE! Perhaps Extended Stay American can send me a check for the bed set, and RCI can give me my money and points back? But who am I kidding... The attached pictures will support my statements.

Run Away!!! They cancelled my stay day of arrival for a booking I made and PAID IN FULL in May '24. If this is how they handle booking I can't imagine what the stay holds in store!!! We'll see if they refund my money. Having traveled to quite a few places, this has never happened. I can guarantee I'll never stay at one of their locations ever.

TERRIBLE. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. TERRIBLE. When we arrived, the room smelled of pot, one of the beds had clearly been layed on to watch TV, with a dried out wet wipe laying on it. Went out for dinner, came back, found there were no towels, no plastic cups, no soap, no shampoo. Went to sit down on the chair at the table, the chair was absolutely filthy. Pick somewhere else, even if it does cost a few dollars more. Nobody needs to put up with that.

Best hotel ever This extended stay goes above and beyond. Judy and Sam and their whole staff have made this the best experience during my familys hard times. They actually care and have made everything easier. This staff has made this hotel my number one pick. Thank u so much
