Exceptional guest service The customer service and guest interaction at this hotel is great. Olie at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Not only was he able to switch our room type when the hotel was nearly sold out, he was funny and entertaining. Also, when I called in advance to ask some questions, the phone was answered promptly and the front desk person was kind and helpful.

Angelica is Fantastic @ her job ! I selected a hotel near Gainbridge Fieldhouse so we could walk to see Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever play the Season opener against Chicago Sky. Delighted with the location. More than delighted by the Front Desk Check In Greeter : Angelica! She is awesome at her job!!! So pleasant and cheerful.

Nice stay with a friend and Tim helped me out with a parking issue! Tim was very helpful. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. I had problems getting my valet on a separate receipt from the room. This was an issue and most of the staff did not know how to help but Tim came and resolved the issue. The coffee was hot and a good selection of other items. Rooms were very clean.

Nice Hotel with Great Staff The hotel is in an old classic hotel building and is at the center of the city. Close to most of the major activities. Room was clean. Building air is kept pretty cold so it was a bit chilly in the hallways. Best part was breakfast and in particular there was one associate named Kay at the free breakfast area that brought sunshine to all. She was a wonderful touch to a nice stay.

Personal & Friendly Sam, at the Front Desk provided excellent customer service! She greeted me with a smile and efficiently helped me with a room situation. The room was small but cleaned daily. Towels were clean and soft. Breakfast, although free, has not changed in 3 years. It could definitely be improved. Fresh, hot coffee and cold juice were enjoyable. Common areas were bright and clean.
