Happy with my stay Since my last stay two years ago the hotel has been refurbished which is very welcome What hasn’t changed is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff who make it a pleasure to stay there ( Special mention to Sam in reception) A good breakfast is provided and housekeeping is on point My only criticism is that it took 20 minutes of running the hot water for it to come through Be aware that this hotel does not have a bar or cafe although there is coffee in the lobby together with a self service shop for snacks and essentials

We had a great stay! Front desk staff Jetta was AMAZING. I travel alot and she by far has been one of the best front desk staff I have met. The room was clean. The hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go. The lobby was very clean and offered tra and coffee. Parking staff was very friendly.

Exactly what we wanted!! The room was very clean & smelled fresh. The bed/pillows/towels were all comfy to use (bathroom baseboards were iffy, but only women notice that). Nightlife was very available. Front desk & valet were so amiable - we found our hotel home in Indy!

Clean & New, but Beige The Inn has been refurbished and updated. The rooms are clean and tasteful, but I noticed there was no art work on the walls and everything was beige or white. Even the photo in the bathroom was a sepia tone. The dining room used to have paintings for sale by local artists. Not now. There was only a large quilt in the game room downstairs; that was the only nod to artwork. They added a ramp at the front door which was very helpful. It was only stairs before. It took a long time to get our food in the dining room. They only had two people to handle orders, register, hostess & clean up. Food was average. Why no persimmon pudding, a specialty of the area? I think the Inn has lost its soul.

Hampton Inn made Indiana Fever night extra special. Stayed one night following the Indiana Fever game with daughter and granddaughter. Perfect location. Staff was amazing! I messed up on my reservation - but front desk went above and beyond to help find me a different room (needed two beds not one). Valet parking is mandatory and a bit expensive but valet staff is very friendly and helpful. At midnight, went to pull out sofa bed and there were no sheets, pillow or blanket. We called and someone came up to our room with everything within minutes. Breakfast was good, coffee was great and staff was amazing. We are going to come back for many Fever games and this is where we will always stay. P.S. my husband and I often stay at Hampton locations when travelling with our little dog and we are very seldom disappointed. Keep up the good work!
