Nice Hotel with Great Staff The hotel is in an old classic hotel building and is at the center of the city. Close to most of the major activities. Room was clean. Building air is kept pretty cold so it was a bit chilly in the hallways. Best part was breakfast and in particular there was one associate named Kay at the free breakfast area that brought sunshine to all. She was a wonderful touch to a nice stay.

Personal & Friendly Sam, at the Front Desk provided excellent customer service! She greeted me with a smile and efficiently helped me with a room situation. The room was small but cleaned daily. Towels were clean and soft. Breakfast, although free, has not changed in 3 years. It could definitely be improved. Fresh, hot coffee and cold juice were enjoyable. Common areas were bright and clean.

Ms. Kay is the best staff member & review of hotel. The hotel is very clean and neat. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Ms. Kay was an incredibly friendly staff member that definitely made our stay more enjoyable. She went above and beyond making us feel welcome with her southern hospitality personality. She deserves to be recognized for working hard with a friendly smile. I will definitely recommend to stay here to family and friends.

Great Hotel with awesome staff! Clean, comfortable hotel with awesome staff. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect for the conference was attending. It’s also walking distance for many restaurants, which is helpful! I really enjoyed my stay! Dwayne was fantastic at check-in!
