I would never stay at this facility again and wouldn't recommend anyone else too. I have never experienced something so horrible during prior hotel stays. I checked in on 7/25 with a check out date of 7/28. Once I got into the room, I saw roachs in my room. I informed the front desk and someone was suppose to come spray the room and never did. It had gotten so bad, I couldn't stay there Saturday night the 27th.

Terrible Worse Hotel I have ever stayed in. Room smells like smoke, yellow stains on sheets, bath tub dirty, mirror dirty, looks like housekeeping has never changed the sheets, Front desk very rude . No way. Not coming back to this Hotel. Stay somewhere else. Lots of other hotels around. Do not stay here......... It says non smoking but room smells, hallway smells.......

Uncomfortable, Worn out, Outdated, Damaged furniture, Very poor at best. No elevator, no outlets, worn out sheets, odors, damaged furniture. Homeless shelters have better upkeep. Extended , prolonged check in time 30 minutes with excuses of computer problems. Nail polkish, chips dents in furniture. Old worn out bed with old sheets. Many Choice hotels to choose instead of this one.

Spend a little more and stay somewhere else! I read some reviews after booking and thought maybe things were just exaggerated, but no, all the reviews are 100% accurate. Upon walking into our NON-SMOKING room we were greeted with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that the hotel has obviously tried to cover up with air freshener. It was so bad we went out and bought a bottle of Febreeze and multiple air fresheners just to be able to sleep in the room without being absolutely miserable. There were holes in the wall, the couch was stained, the sheets were stained. While lifting up the blankets and sheets to look for bugs, we discovered that the mattress was torn/cut so that you could lift up the the entire top of the mattress to expose the springs. There were shady people in the parking lot at all hours of the day, my fiancee was approached at 6:30am by a man asking him if he was looking for girls and there were very obvious drug deals happening in the parking lot. I tried to make toast for breakfast one morning and the bread was moldy. I could go on and on... Moral of the story: if you can afford to stay somewhere else, you should! If the hotels weren't already completely booked due to a wrestling tournament, we would have left and found somewhere else to stay.
