Great stay! Check-in and check-out procedures were a breeze, friendly staff and stylish reception area. Room was big, clean and with all the essential amenities. Beds were comfortable and we didn't encounter any issues. Wifi worked great! Valet and self-parking are both available options.

Clean and convenient hotel My husband and I were doing a road trip to San Diego and stopped here for the night. There was self parking on the property, the room was clean and there was complimentary water. There seemed to be a convention there and while the lobby area was buzzing with activity, our room on the third floor was well insulated and I had a great rest there!

Great location, good bar and freindly staff Clean and central. Quite a big hotel with pool etc. The bar downstairs was extremely busy for a Tuesday night with Kareoke night! Great atmosphere. Resturant is nice, gorgeous outdoor fire pit etc. Room service interesting as you order via SMS?

Beautiful looking hotel with a couple of flaws The hotel which was converted from a Hyatt old long time ago has charm and is modern. The hotel could use someone to go ahead and evaluate how their staff is deployed. It seems when they are the busiest is when there are the least amount of staff available to help. Specifically I refer to car retrieval and front desk. Misstep that makes up the rooms and cleans is spectacular kind caring and very helpful. I was not very impressed when I arrived late, given keys to my Room only to find that the keys did not work. Apparently this is a problem because I was given an additional 4 keys to figure out which of them would work. Not very impressive. On a positive note the Room was handicap enabled But with the sync outside the bathroom with the door intervening making it rather cumbersome. Over all pleasant stay pleasant people and decent facility

Nice hotel, good service and nice room Stayed here for 1 night. The room was large, it must have been a mini suite. The decor seems dated but everything was clean and we didn’t mind the decor. Service at check in and check out as well as valet was great. Breakfast was good but not great. I would stay here again.
