Don't walk away from here, RUN!!!! Room service has not been by our room in a week. The people in 422 are very loud beating on the walls, woke us up at 2am. Then the next night same thing happened and someone beating on their door at 4am. Ridiculous management refused to investigate said for us to give it another few days and see if it continues...WTF.!!! Kind of management is this. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Very strong drug odors in the hallway and elevators. Maintenance never came to fix our kitchen issues either...

Terrible visit The worst hotel I ever visited, I decided to leave for another hotel as soon as I checked in and saw the rooms. Upon seeing the rooms, I saw doors hanging off cupboards, cockroaches, broken tables, and another customer with a handgun. As well as given a room which was already occupied.

Locating was good. This was a nice location near the train. The front door is broken and hard to open. The front desk was very kind. I had roaches in my room and decided to just check out and the front desk called the manager and she offered a new room but i decided to leave and they did not change me due to the issue. Very kind people. Hotel needs updated.

Absolute Best Hotel in Las Colinas/Irving, TX My wife and I have stayed at other locations and there is absolutely none better than the ESA Management staff at the Las Colinas Meadow Creek Dr location. Safe, Clean, Quiet, Value...They're the best at addressing any issues/concerns you may have, Maintenance is top notch. Rooms are the most up-to-date available. Including the Kitchen appliances. Thanks especially to Jodi Betz ! She has been a blessing to us and we've noticed that she goes above and beyond to help anyway she can! If you need a place to stay you've just found it... It's now our home away from home... Russell C.

Seen better days One of several Extended Stays in the area and not one I would choose again. Various websites elsewhere advertise breakfast and a pool, neither of which are available (there is no breakfast whatsoever and the pool has been paved over.) Admittedly the official site does not promise these, but they should clean up their web presence elsewhere. In fact the whole place is pretty spartan and bare. The hallways are dark. Everything looks old. The fridge looked like it had been shot at, you need to pay extra - not a deposit, but actually pay - for any kitchenware at all, and the AC unit leaked water when set to any cooler than 74 degrees. A very tired property that looks like it's barely been maintained since the day it opened. That plus the complete absence of any amenities means it's a place to rest your head and nothing more. We took a look around the one immediately next door and it looked a bit nicer, but it's also a bit more expensive.
