Did not honor late check out advertised. Rock hard beds. Flight was cancelled out of DFW. This looked like a decent hotel close by. The hotel itself is okay. Beds are like rocks and bedding was less than desirable. It is clean, however and fairly up dated. My biggest complaint is that they advertised a 2pm checkout which is why I selected the hotel. My flight out the next day wasn't until 4pm or later. However, upon check-in they told me no late check outs were available to check back in the morning. In the morning (7am), I checked and she said there were none and that it would cost me $25/ hour to have a late check out. Which one is it?! None are available or you have to pay? Since they did not honor the advertised late check out and the beds were horrible, I have to rate this Hilton a 3.

ROACHES ROACHES!! 4 roaches in our room found in just one night. Breakfast not included and not told that until after I fixed my plate I would be charged. When I told Him about the roaches expecting to at least get my meal comped he did not care at all and just told me to call tomorrow to complain. Terrible for the price we paid

FIRE! First night of the stay was required to evacuate the hotel FIRE! First night of the stay was required to evacuate the hotel along with other guests. Nobody on the staff knew what was going on, even after the fire trucks and the hook and ladder left. Poor management and communications. Re-entered the hotel to be faced with strong burning chemical smell throughout the hotel hallways. Had to put a towel at the bottom of our door in the room to prevent fumes from coming in as we then had to decide if we were going to stay at all...

Do not stay here Ugh. Wish we’d read the reviews here first. No love for Diamond members. We couldn’t even get the breakfast voucher without updating something in my husband’s Hilton profile. Then, despite his profile stating that he prefers high floors by the elevator, we got 2nd floor on the opposite end of the hall… in a room that had a smell. Windows were dingy. Room was literally basic, at best. No bottled water either - should have been standard for Diamond members. The cherry on top was no late checkout… not even the 30 minutes other people got! Never mind that my husband is LIFETIME DIAMOND. Not one person at that front desk… either in the afternoon when we checked in or the morning when we checked out was friendly or cared remotely about customer service - they were clearly punching a clock and couldn’t be bothered. Best advice - stay somewhere else! There are plenty of other hotels nearby! My husband has stayed this hotel numerous times in the last hotel for work and will never be back.

Pay more just stay elsewhere Terrible service from the Night Shift, Valeria. After reading the hotels reviews I am surprised to still see her employed. She is very rude, unprofessional and does not belong in the service industry. A leadership change needs to made at this property based on these reviews.
