Amazing every time Great place ! Super clean and right in the heart of islamorada ! This is my 2nd year coming, and i definitely will be back !! I always choose the pool villas ! Super cozy highly recommend and also love that I can bring my boat and keep it docked here

Beautiful Room Nicole and Silvio were outstanding could not have done any better class act they answered all our questions and told us about the property and all the amenities would definitely be back again and again they are an asset to the hotel they don't just throw the keys at you thank you

Expectations We arrived with our boat on Wednesday July 3rd with no real instructions on how to proceed launching boat. The staff member who opened the ramp did not speak English at all. The ramp had no dock next to it for ease of use, so if you hit a boat on the way in so be it. The ramp is literally a rock dip and a drop. Ok boat launched but couldn’t go out until tide was higher. 12” of water is not ideal for a 20’ boat. Oh yes there were boats in slips that were over 25’ making it even more challenging to get in and out. We finally checked in and got our room. Staff member was not very helpful nor told us exactly where our room was. I do remember speaking to a Silvio weeks before our trip but maybe he was on vacation when we were there. So I can’t rant and rave over his customer service. Our king ocean view room with balcony was actually side ocean view. Yes the decor was ok and somewhat new but whoever shopped for the mattresses and pillows had no clue how and what to purchase for guests to rest after a long day. Thank goodness the AC was working great in the room but there was nowhere to sit other than the bed that sunk in. No chair or side table in the room. Why not? They rather put two chairs and a table on the balcony instead. No hair dryer in the room. Ask staff member? No English. The elevator made so much noise that made me take the stairs more often than none. Grab n go breakfast. Did not look appealing at all and on that note we went out for breakfast every morning. Ok so now time to check out and pull boat out of the water. I was told by several guests and boat/jet ski rental employees that I better have a 4 x 4 truck to pull it out. Luckily it was high tide and we were able to get it out trouble free. Staying here was on me and I should’ve lowered my expectations to get a better result. Maybe I would’ve rated 5 stars and said how wonderful life is. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Staff is phenomenal The staff is very friendly and highly accommodating, I brought my boat and was greeted with helpful advise the moment I made contact with the staff. I felt like family the moment I entered the office and spoke with Vickaya, I am definitely coming back!

Great staff Great resort. The young man who checked us in was very efficient and friendly. He made us feel welcomed and made sure that we have comfortable room. The resort also offers jet skies, kayaks and bikes that you can rent. There is a lot to do. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Islamorada.
